Ordered some fit smart fat burning tablets but then watched a video made by the inventor company and they stated the product is not sold via amazon.

My initial item didn't arrive after 7 days, but i emailed and
Supplement paradise were quick to respond and sort out the issue.

Half of my order is missing
Half of my order is missing - this has been the case several times now (I signed up to a monthly subscription). All I get is an automated email saying sorry there is a delay with part of my order. I have emailed the company but no one replied. There is no other obvious way to contact them. Awful comms policy and rubbish service. Now trying to cancel my subscription but they still owe me for products I’ve not received.

Customer service excellent
Customer service excellent, there was a problem with there new phone line being installed, hence the phone was not being answered, yet this mobile number is a very good alternative.
Products very good too.
10/10 .... and even more, once that phone works properly 🙂👍

Excellent Service
After being ripped off on eBay I was advised to contact SupplementParadise who gave me the answers I needed. The dishonest eBayer sold me a fake supplement and SupplementParadise are a registered seller of this particular product. After receiving such swift and accurate advice from them I chose to use them for future purchases.
Their service is excellent and there delivery times is good. Their products are genuine and I’d recommend anyone to use this company without any concerns.
The chat tool is very useful and the website is set up so that account holders can create a profile and connect with other likeminded people.

Very happy with my order.
I had issue with the delivery address. So I have called them to update my delivery address, Francis on the phone was very kind with rapid updating my address while i was on the phone with him. My order was delivered next day. I was very happy with my order. Thank you
