Wonder and Awe Deliver on all Levels

I ordered 3 packs of Cushelle Double…
I ordered 3 packs of Cushelle Double Toilet rolls and paid 5.99 per pack
On their website it shows (6) next to item so I believe I was getting 6 toilet rolls per pack. I received 3 items per pack plus delivery charge absolutely disgusted with them cost £17.97 plus £3.50 for delivery total £21.47 for 9 rolls total case of miss selling

Hi Mrs. Nicholls, I'm Zoe from the Customer Happiness team. There seems to be some misunderstanding - I've double checked this with the warehouse who take images of orders packed before they're shipped, and everything seems to be correct in what was sent. I was concerned so asked them to do some research and it also seems Cushelle don't produce 3 packs of toilet roll. I can't seem to find any previous email to the Customer Happiness team from yourself, but if you weren't aware we're very happy to provide a return and full refund if you'd like. Goods not fit for purpose
Both tins of shoes polish had holes punched in the lids which I had to seal on arrival.
The Company have kindly been back in touch to offer a refund and an apology which is very acceptable to me under the circumstances. I will not be sending the goods back as it is too much trouble and to be fair since I have sealed the holes in the tin lids the problem is hopefully sorted out. It was just odd that they both has been pierced in the first place.

What lovely idea to have hug in a box... especially for Valentines.
Although it is a great idea, it would be great to have more options to add what you want to add to the box.so develop the options to be included... as this is a great concept of a hug in a box.

Well I feel stupid! 2 tea Bags seriously! I'm glad I got them on sale because I would not pay £1.80 for 2 bags. I'll stick with aldi speacial teas.
Oh and one bag split trying to pull the tag away so left with one tea bag now. Not good

I'm sorry to hear you were mistaken about the amount of tea bags you purchased; the tea you bought is a sampler bag from a artisan tea supplier which allows people to test a variety of their flavours without needing to commit to a lot of teabags. Not that many tea companies have this options, so I can see how it would be easy to miss. Contents and packaging exactly as described. I wanted the box to be delivered on a certain day - wonder and Awe didn't seem to facilitate this despite leaving message, but thumbs up to Royal Mail who came up trumps! The recipient loved it.

I'm sorry that we don't currently offer the service of guartanteeing a delivery date as we use external couriers (like Royal Mail), so don't have control over their operations. We have estimates and they're usually pretty accurate, but we'd hate to 'guarantee' then let people down.
