Waste of money
Bought 2 Dye pods, they ruined the clothes I was dying, done everything as it states on the instructions. Turned white stuff purple yellow pillow cases blotchy. So everything had to be thrown out waste of money

3 stars because it took them 2 weeks to dispatch the items... They did email to say there was going to be a SMALL delay due to COVID but wasn't expecting 2 weeks... Also sent an email at 2 weeks asking them what had happened and the next day they dispatch the item (so wondering weather it was forgotten) and they don't reply to my email asking why it hasn't been sent yet. Overall ok

Great fast & personal service
Great fast service with added bonus of charming email explaining my delivery of Marigolds could be slightly delayed - which it wasn't! Loved the personal touch with 2 kisses after the signature!! Will always use this company again whenever possible.
