Testerup App claims violation of terms of service to avoid paying out
I have been succesfully using this app for approximately 9 months. Received $225 payout in January and another smaller one a few weeks later. I hadn't made enough to cash out and time expired on a few offers, so I aborted them once time expired because it doesn't remove them from your active offers after expiration.
Thursday I checked in the morning on the time remaining for a speed bonus. Thursday afternoon black screen of nothingness. Saturday it finally tells me the app is not supported in my region. I am in the same home, same wifi network in Illinois. I sent a trouble ticket to customer service. Someone named Erika replies Sunday morning claiming I have violated the terms of service by not living in the US, UK, or Canada (except Quebec). I asked for them to reevaluate my account because I am a resident of the US. Same "person" replies that a violation of terms of service mean I can't use the app or receive benefit from the app. Funny thing is I have hit the speed bonuses and now had approximately $400 to be paid out, and poof I violated the terms of service. Last time I checked Illinois is still part of the US. Don't waste your time and effort on this app because it has either become a scam or they are going broke and won't actually payout your rewards.

I’m so disappointed with my experience using Testerup.
I spent a significant amount of time completing offers and earned £260. However, as soon as I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly deactivated.
I was told this was due to a “breach of Terms of Service,” but no clear explanation or evidence has been provided despite asking. I am a UK resident and have not used a VPN or violated any rules.
This feels extremely unfair, especially as the earnings were completed in good faith.
I have now formally requested:
• A clear explanation of the alleged breach
• Evidence to support the claim
• Or payment of my £260 earnings
If this is not resolved, I will be escalating the matter further.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform, particularly when approaching withdrawal.
I hope Testerup resolves this fairly.

Waited 2 days they never credited my acct the 90$. I have reached out, sent screenshots they asked for (about 8 times now), never to date have they awarded me. They say time frame is over. Yes it is now, but not when I completed level 1500!! I'm furious!!!

5 ppl all same complaint yet no response
On the first few small amounts, there’s no problem. As soon as rewards promised are above £1, all tracking stops. I downloaded this app after a recommendation from daughter. Along with her 3 siblings and my son in law.
Merge hotel, coin master, Monopoly Go, Match Factory and Travel town, all stopped tracking as soon as the higher levels were reached. Not just mine but my daughters and siblings as well.

Spent over £200 pending over £300 payout, deleted my account with no reason given. I broke none of the terms of service.
I will change my review if investigated and paid out what I am owed.
Defo a scam
Defo a scam. Lure you in to play the games and it needs you to pay for in app purchases to progress to make any sort of money. I’m deleting it all. Don’t get sucked in! I lack impulse control sometimes and was fixated on moving through the levels, but now I see what a waste of time it is!

Cashed out previously with no problems. My phone broke several months ago, so I logged in with my new phone, same log in details as before and I've only got the one account. I've earned over £70 and was going to cash out this morning, but it asked for face verification and it wouldn't accept it probably due to poor lighting in the room. Then a message popped up saying I've violated their terms and conditions and my account has been suspended. If this gets sorted, I'll change my review, if not I'm taking it further and I'll report them to action fraud and take them to court. It's not so much about the money, it's the principle when I've done nothing wrong.

I really liked the tester up app I have cashed out 3 times already after reaching the 70 pound target and haven't had any problems.
But now I'm stuck at 68.60. I played the games a built it up and the on the last game I had available to play I reached level 100 and it registered all of the targets then I reached 150 and it stopped tracking so I emailed and they credited my account for the amount level 150 was worth so even tho it didn't track they resolved my issue so I continued playing the game so I reached level 200 and then 250 again they didn't track so I emailed and had the problem sorted with in a few days they credited the winning amount to my account so I then went on to reach level 300 and 350 and then emailed them but it was a weekend so I kept playing while I waited for a reply I then did level 400 and 450 again emailed them and still no reply at this point so I went on to compleight level 500 which was the last target paying out £15 jusy for the level 500 so i emailed and wiated for a reply they replied and said it needed sending off for investigation that's no problem they did the same with level 150, 200 and 250 and they was resolved with in a few days now it's been around 2/3 weeks since I emailed about the other levels and just been told I need to be patient and they will be in touch but I feel like they've done it on purpose so I can't cash out a 4th time and that's why I'm stuck at 68.60 with no new games to play with it the 2/3 weeks I've been waiting
I will change my review to 5 starts if they get this sorted for me

I earned £50.00 and then Testerup deleted my account and said that I was not a UK citizen!!!
Update -They did sort it eventually after about 2 weeks but they were slow and my account was reinstated
Verification doesn’t work
I played a game and kept a check on the tracking to make sure it was registering. I earned nearly £100. 00 and when I tried to cash it out it won’t let me verify I am a real person even though I tried in various places at different times of the day. It now says I have run out of chances to verify. I have contacted support but have yet to get a response.

I love a challenge. No problems with the tracking at all until I hit Seychelles no reward so sent screenshots of completed tasks.
Then Copenhagen still no reward for Seychelles and now Copenhagen. Finished Fiji last night still no rewards for the previous two and now Fiji so screenshot proof id completed as don't sleep so cracked on getting all tasks done. Was about to pop it into an email. To see a message from Testerup stating scam detected. Never heard such a load of rubbish in my life. They owe Me £199.20
Account still open but they said I can't and won't be able to continue with bingo blitz so I'm not entitled to earn from that app.

I'm happy to say I've received an email stating they have reimbursed me the £199.20.
Just remember it pays to fight your case.
Game did not track, now they are refusing to payout
My first game tracked fine, my second game which I installed using the link provided. The same as the previous game, has not tracked any of my progress dispute sinking hours! Into the game to progress and making 5 in app purchases. I contacted their support team hoping for an easy resolve, only to be told they have determined I did not install the app using the download link provided or I have played it previously so I’m not entitled to any of the rewards that I have spent hours chasing. This is an absolute joke as I installed the game Bingo Blitz, using the EXACT same method to install, clicking the download link provided in their app, as I did with the previous game which tracked fine! I have also not played it previously as they have stated as bingo games are not my cup of tea.
I feel incredibly let down and they have not fulfilled their promise, I am happy to provide proof of everything I have stated above.
Use at your own risk. You may not get your money even if you have done absolutely everything required like I have.

I’m so upset . I’ve been giving my life playing royal match.. everyday all day for about 3 weeks . I’ve made it to level 505 only to find out by tracking has stopped being tracked at the aqua level which is about the 4th tracking level. 🤦🏾♂️
