They sucked ass

They sucked ass, 70$+ limit is crazy if I needed money now I need it now. Like what the heck. Also their support system sucks I contacted them for help with missing rewards. They wouldn't help me.. they are stupid

DON’T CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I was loyal to this app and have played games through it for around a year. I contacted their support team (which I have never heard back from) and after doing so they have taken away all of my games and offers. If you ask for ANY help from them, they will take your account away from you. Unfortunately, I found other reviews that said the same after I encountered this issue. Such a shame.

Customer support is so poor

Customer support is so poor. They only want you to send once and never answer in the 72 hours.
Instead of advertising on tv sort your customers you have.

My child literally downloaded the app

My child literally downloaded the app. Everything was working out fine. He did a payout. It worked perfectly fine and when he started to play another game, he started playing a game and making money on there and all of a sudden there were no more offers it ended my game so he couldn’t complete it and was stuck with only $13 and now the app is saying that it basically does not work in my country ! This is honestly some bs

Download Supreme King instead!

I knew I wasn’t going to earn much on Testerup but every little helps. I’ve been on this site for about a year and received payouts when requested but now there seems to be a problem. My current game Merge Studio hasn’t been acknowledged by Testerup as being installed. Have contacted support 4 times over a week but haven’t had a reply. To add to this, my Home Screen now only offers 2 available games (and one is a non-paying survey) when usually there are around 10. I’m reluctant to close the account yet as I have £50 earned and can’t withdraw it as it is below the £70 limit. If I had my time again, I’d have swiped left.

Neglectful customer service

I was able to cash out on a previous game, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. My progress has not been updating, I’ve contacted them 4 times and waited 72 hrs each time and get no response. They owe me $26.30 from one game and because they won’t reply I can’t get my money and can’t delete the game if they do decide to pay. I don’t recommend.

Hmmmmm, a con company. For the last few weeks. I have tried to cash out. What a joke that is. Still waiting for my money to be cash out. This game is a fraud and a scam. Please stay away from TesterUp. You are wasting your time on this app. It is rubbish!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

It doesn’t even deserve a one star rating but this needs published. I would prefer to give 0 stars but i’ll just get straight to the point since the testerup ‘support team’ can’t. Was playing one of my regular games when I kept getting ads about testerup and i thought why not give it a try. downloaded it signed up and started off straight away like normal. It was all going well with a nice range of games to choose from and I was getting the money easily (so it seemed) continued to play at these games and then went to check my progress in the testerup app. i was logged out and didn’t think much of it and tried to log back in but it was denying me and telling me to try again later. which i did. Still couldn’t get access so it told me to contact their customer service. sent them an email explaining with screenshots of the message it was giving me and i got a response saying they will get back to me within 72 hours. 10 days later and i’m still waiting absolute waste of time DONT DOWNLOAD

I got way past level 300 on MonopolyGO…

I got way past level 300 on MonopolyGO and the app didn’t update my progress. I emailed Testerup many times with all the evidence they asked for and they are now ignoring me. I spent hours in the game. I’m so annoyed. I would not use this app or recommend it.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service

Absolutely horrible Customer Service. I had made over $70 and was in the process of cashing out, and now I'm being told that I somehow violated the Terms of Service and not being given any sort of proof or evidence to back up their claims. Don't download this app, don't spend money on the in app purchases. Avoid, avoid at all possible costs.

At a loss. And looking for answers from no response …

I have been using testerup for just over a month. I’m a disabled veteran, and it seemed like an honest way to earn a few bucks. So I chose a few games and dove in. It seemed to be going according to plan until around the two week mark. At which point I noticed one of the games stop tracking my progress. I went to the faq page and found that it happens sometimes just wait 48 hours and it will catch up? Except it did not catch up. So I put in a message to support and created a ticket. And received this message stating that they have be n experiencing an unusual high level of support request to please be patient and don’t create another ticket. And don’t worry you will not be forgotten. Well that was nice to hear. U fortunately I never did hear from them I did wait a few days and I attempted to contact them! I did keep playing the game as there’s a time limit you have to reach the determined level in. Well again a few more days pass and not a word from them. We in week 5 now. I have made 4 attempts to contact them and have yet to receive any reply other then the automated response claiming they have received the message and will be in touch soon. I have invested my time within there rules and terms. I’ve given my time in advance and in good faith. And It feels like I’ve been completely taken advantage of and then disregarded completely! I was not expecting to get rich. However adding 70 or 80 dollars to my budget. Will double what I have for my grocery fund after paying my bills. And I have to admit that after going the last few years making such a small amount stretch to cover the entire month. Well let’s just say I was very much looking forward to the significant improvement in the upcoming meal choices! But here I sit getting no credit for the majority of the time already invested. I’m below the minimum amount required to withdraw and I can’t get them to respond or communicate with me in any way! I’m at a loss here! And just disappointed mostly! How does this type of situation happen! What’s the thought process when things are getting to this point? What were the things that they are dealing with that makes them ok with treating folks like this? These are a few of the questions that go through my mind. And ones I don’t have the answers to. It is however in my experience that the choice not to communicate is never the best choice no matter how bad things may be! Some are going to be upset for sure! But I believe that they always underestimate the kindness and understanding that many good folks demonstrate when given the chance. Yet to not communicate at all eventually upsets even the most patient folks! As it’s just rude to leave people in the dark that put their time effort and trust in you. It’s an undesirable decision that adds nothing positive to the situation. The worst part of situations like this is just having no clue what’s going on and trying to keep from filling in the blanks with the worst case scenarios. And it’s foolish and unnecessary to allow such a situation to develop when the ability to avoid it altogether is such a simple thing to accomplish.I’m now exploring what actual options I have in this matter. And what’s the most beneficial course of action! I may be disabled and prefer to be kind whenever possible. I’m not one to be taken for granted and to mistaken my kindness as weakness is a mistake that has not turned out well for this who have done that. I do not except being anyone’s doormat or to being treated as less then. I do not treat people that way. And have done nothing to justify ring treated in such ways! To often get his type of thing happens and folks are busy and have many responsibilities to take care of and do not have the time to deal with these things like they may wish they could. And it’s just not worth the time over that small amount of money. And for 50 plus’s years that was me! But I have time today. And tomorrow and the next day! And feel the need to hold them accountable for the agreement I entered in good faith with them! I have done and continue to do my part. However there is a point when it changes from what’s been honestly earned and not paid. To a civil liability claim with damages and all the extra time and effort that one has to invest to get what’s owed and at that point things can get very expensive as well as have debilitating consequences on a small business especially. I obviously do not wish for things to get to that extreme! As in many cases they just file bankruptcy and that’s the end of that. Except for one thing positive they are exposed and out of business meaning they are not able to continue deceiving people! And if they can’t even manage to communicate at this point let alone pay what they owe! Then why is the platform open for anyone to join up and start investing their time! It would be in their best interest to stop letting that happen! At least until the hey caught up!

AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! THEY WILL WITHOUT REASON BLOCK YOUR PROGRESS TO EARN MONEY. IT'S HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND AND NOW ME. ALSO AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS IT LOOKS LIKE ITS HAPPENED TO OTHERS TOO BEST APP FOR ME IS MISTPLAY ALWAYS PAYS WITHIN 48HRS. WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN

yet again i have emailed them and no reply feels like now i'm being ignored followed all the rules and got 70.00 and still haven't received any of the money i earned on the app told me 5 working days today is day 5 and nothing no money nothing i do because i need extra money but don't even get that feel like i have been scammed and ive been ignored by support testup doesn't feel like they are helping me at all feels like i'm being scammed by them they should either say 48hours or 5 working days not both because it is annoying me i've not been paid feels like i've given all my money to them and haven't got nothing back if you read this @supporttesterup i would like my money back that you technically stole from you offered cash back on purchases in the app and i would like that money back today otherwise some how or some way i will take this further.

Scam App..

Scam App... I would give it a 0 for the time wasted.
It stopped recording when I reached a higher level, more than 99p. On contacting them, they said, I had used a VPN without giving me any evidence from their end! Not interested in these scammers. A waste of time. Thankfully, I had not spent a single penny on their games, unlike some others, so other than my time nothing was wasted.

This site is a fraud site

This site is a fraud site. They suspended my account three months ago, and I posted about it here. Then they returned the account to me and apologized. Today, when I withdrew my money from it, I received a message from them stating that the payment was rejected, and they re-suspended my account. I want my account to be returned to me and my money back immediately, because I did not do anything wrong, and if they do not return the account, I will publish about this matter and that it is a fraud on the Internet

I have had my account suspended for no…

I have had my account suspended for no reason at all. Ever since I updated my iOS software on my phone, it has not let me log in. I have a decent amount of money on the account I can now not access. I also can’t get anyone from support to respond to my emails in regard to this issue. I need my account unlocked so I can access my money. This is insane to go through this much to get any help. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
