For 4+ years my Xbox series S has had upgrade issues, every time I want to play an upload stops me from gaming for hours. I have all the automatic setting on and have even gone Offline to be able for quick access to game. But it’s no longer acceptable, quick easy gaming on this console is Not achievable. I know I’m helping them sell more Series X, but it’s a note Not to trust their advise on what the future of gaming looks like. Microsoft is not able to achieve or support their own direction.

Banned for 2 weeks after purchasing 1 month game pass ultimate

Purchased a 1 month Xbox game pass ultimate code and redeemed it on my account. Within 10 minutes I was hit with a communication and multiplayer ban for 2 weeks so already wasted half of my 1 month code. I don’t even play Xbox, I play on PC so how can I possibly be banned on Xbox? I want a refund for the money I spent on this code. Customer support is terrible.

By far the worst “customer support” I have ever seen. It is literally impossible to talk to a real human so if that’s what your trying to do, it’s a complete waste of time there’s nobody to help you.

Steer clear!

Bought overpriced controller for £120. Controller had issues from day 1 and broke all together 1 month after warranty expired (controller was used very little!). Tried requesting repair through the repair portal and I get told “There are no repair options available for this issue”. Tried contacting customer service and im told “Support is not available for this kind of issue. Pathetic. I want refund asap or a working controller!

Bad support

Downloaded a 360 game onto my series x, won't let me download my profile sends me to my Microsoft account. However no issue, login details and payment info all correct. I can't have a callback on this issue as won't let me and the two xbox agents I spoke to both gave me troubleshoot to do that led nowhere and both cut me off with no resolve, wasted my time, and I've paid for a game I now can't play as Xbox won't let me do a new support case on it. I hope this reaches someone as terrible service the xbox support team have given. Shouldn't be made this difficult to speak to someone in person.

My controller is faulty and it’s still…

My controller is faulty and it’s still under warranty. I’ve had to put the controller serial number in four times and still haven’t got a response. I don’t want it repaired. I want it replaced. I’ve sent repair options in many times and I don’t even know if it’s been successful. You don’t get a response saying we will be in contact.

Request a refund as I bought the new Robocop game and I get to a mission that once completed won't load the next mission but support have failed to get back to me or give me a refund so I now have a game that's useless to me and I'm out of pocket for it too

Servers are down for says on and off and they don't care to notice

They take your money, to provide a service. Now things are unstable and unreliable for an extended period of time, many people calling it out through available channels and they are ignoring it. This should be grounds for a major class action lawsuit as I'm sure there is no good reason to ignore it's community like this. This strikes me as malicious.

Microsoft game

new games, most of which are online and that forces you to pay to play . You pay for core and that allows the basic use of the original Xbox 360 , top that off with previous backwards compatibility games getting the boot . My daughter played bioshock previously, it was backwards compatible now it won't play any original Xbox games. This is absolutely fine if you just have the Xbox as an ornament. Remember 4.99 a month .... Forget that . I'm walking away from Xbox , maybe go outdoors and spend little money for a good time rather than a lot on some billionaire with greed

Disgusting behaviour from a company as Xbox the people in support are useless and awful I have mnd and they don't know what it is and and the fact the don't help I have disabilitys unfortunately because of my mnd and they still treat you awful and ignore what you tell them and end up going circles and fob you off with bullshit support chat on Xbox is the worst plus Xbox ain't great anymore either.
