Excellent quality and customer service
We recently ordered a custom branded gazebo and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The frame is really solid, the print quality is excellent and it looks fantastic in person.
We had a small issue with one of the printed walls on delivery, but Ben responded straight away, located the correct wall and had it with us the very next day. The customer service throughout was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes ownership and puts things right without any hassle.
We’d happily recommend them and will definitely use them again for future event equipment.

2-3 delivery is a joke!! Still waiting week later.
Ordered on 21st July for some spare parts for their broken gazebo; it is now the 28th July, and the order has not even left the depot yet.
Website states 2-3 working days for delivery. Yet not left the warehouse yet?

I am sorry to hear that your order is experiencing a delay. I can appreciate your frustration, especially as the order was placed on 21st July and our website advises a delivery timescale of 2-3 working days.
Having checked the order status, I can see that there is an unexpected delay with the courier but that this has been resolved and should be with you tomorrow.
So sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything else you need in the future
