Think twice about buying from this company, it's located in China. The quality is cheap, and the return policy is worse. Sizes are way too small, and it will cost you more to ship it back.

ordered a shirt in January, NEVER received it. Contacted them multiple times asked for a refund. Never got that either. They acknowledged they never sent it. Finally in the middle of April, they offered me a 20% refund. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Terrible, cheaply made shirts with very odd sizing and cheap scratchy material. Took forever to arrive and although, they say they guarantee their product, they do not respond to emails and there is no phone number on the website.
Do not buy!!

They took my money and NEVER sent me the items I ordered. Took 70 dollars of my hard earned pay. I do not recommend this website or company. They are not USA MADE anything. Once again, do not order anything from them!!!!!

What rip off,why are they selling military hats and sweaters if the military does not support this company. I received my product but ordered a 2XL jacket got a medium jacket. They wanted to give me $6.99 payment to keep a product that noway fits. Then offer me to keep the jacket then add $10.00 to pay for shipping the correct jacket. I'm turning this issue into VISA to at least get my original $69.96 back. I hope everyone gets there money back from this company of grifters.

I wish I could rate this experience a big zero stars. I received sweatshirts that feel like a piece of paper bag material. I have sent emails asking for a return label and no one has replied.

This company is a scam

I ordered a hat back on January 17th and paid with a credit card. Order # 4656 I never received the hat and have not been able to get a response from the company. Terrible customer service. I paid $36.13 on January 17th but never received the hat. I was cheated. Don’t order from them.

My order number is DYJCN1024243506CN. I have not received the order because USPS did not have the correct address, although the adress on the PO is complete. They omitted the stree address and house number. Please resend the package or make a reimbursment. Thank you.

This company is Bogus. It is a disgrace to even be called a legit company.
How it is allowed to sell products in USA is baffling to me.
Caps are advertised made in the USA. (made and sent from China by child labor) Just a lie.
They are of 0% money value . So cheaply made and not as advertised. The product they send is nothing like you think you ordered. Fraud is what it is.

I purchased a Sew Surprises USA jersey and I never received it. I found their email and asked them when it would arrive and never got an answer. I looked online for a phone number but it wasn’t available. I ordered it on Feb. 4th and it severed arrived. I guess I got scammed.

I wanted some nice sweatshirts that they advertised. I bought several different types of shirts and sweatshirts for quite a bit money.

The quality was very poor and the sizes were wrong. In fact they didn’t even have sizes listed inside the product. Each of one of the products were packaged differently so you could tell they were sew together in different locations.

Don’t believe a word they say they’re not worth the money you paid for them

Several things are wrong with Sewsurprise: 1) if you try and go to there website to leave a review there is not a spot to do so, so I'm not sure if this review is going to affect them. 2) They might have a office in the United States but there products are not made here, took forever for my order to get here and if you followed it, it had to come through customs and everything else. 3) Going with my 2nd statement it's very cheaply made, especially for 46 dollars the 250 anniversary hoodie is not like the picture as some of these reviews say about other products they make. Don't buy from this company!!!!!

Would give them a zero. Total Scam. Product not as pictured, advertsed as geod mug, received extremely cheap resin with dull painting and tin can inside. Cost likely $3-5, charged 26. I bought 4 of them for a set. Tried to contact them for return/refund. No response. Contacted again with notice of Reprting fraud to Federal Trade Commission. This time they responded with an offer for 20% refund on my $103 purchase. I have declined and want my full refund. I have yet to hear from them. China language is quite prevalent in response mail. TOTAL SCAM. Nice pictures and steal your money. DON'T DO IT

Order took too long. I ordered well before Christmas, and it came after. The product was advertised as a quilted tote and it was not quilted at all, only printed on canvas.

I wanted to place an order but the pictures of the items offered did not show up on the website.

Actually I would give this company less than one star if I could. I ordered 3 “Republic of Texas” ball caps on November 28,2025. I paid 69.73. I ordered them as Christmas gifts and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried to track my order but am unable to find out if they have even been shipped. I have emailed the customer support service several times and have not received a response back. I intend to call my credit card company and tell them that this company took my money and did not send my order.
