Avoid this Scammer!!!!!

After paying for an international removal service, the company took possession of all of my household belongings and then stopped responding to my emails and messages for more than two weeks.

I have been forced to submit a formal complaint through Citizens Advice and am pursuing legal action to recover my money and seek compensation for the losses caused by their breach of contract.

We moved to EC1 in London to Epsom... the team were on time and carefully wrapped and packed our things into their vans. To me the move seemed quite complex but the guys managed it calmly and with ease.

I had a brilliant customer experience. Wayne and Caspar were my packing team which was the day before the move. THey were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the team showed up on the second day to carry out the move with two large moving trucks. Overall brilliant experience from the initial point of contact till the last box was unloaded and I would certainly recommend!

I moved house to Guildford and was very happy with the Surrey Removals team. Everything was packed well and unpacked the other end. They were also one of the cheapest of the quotes I received.
