I’ve been a loyal Sweed customer for…

I’ve been a loyal Sweed customer for years, but this was my last order. I ordered from Australia and the site showed $77, I was then charged $106, which turned out to be USD. I emailed immediately to cancel, but they refused to help. I also pointed out that the pricing didn’t match the country I selected — still no support.

The next day the product went 25% off, and even then they wouldn’t refund the difference after their own unclear pricing. Really disappointing customer service, and unfortunately they’ve now lost a long-time customer.

Disappointed by Product and Lack of Transparency

I’ve been using this eyelash regrowth serum consistently for nearly a month, and unfortunately, I have seen no improvement whatsoever.

What’s more disappointing is that the honest review I previously submitted appears to have been removed. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and credibility of the reviews displayed on the website. Had I seen feedback similar to my own, I would have reconsidered my purchase.

It’s extremely misleading to showcase only glowing 5-star reviews while potentially filtering out less favorable but honest experiences. Customers deserve full visibility of both positive and negative feedback to make informed decisions.
Regrettably, this has been a disappointing experience overall, and I cannot recommend the product based on its ineffectiveness and the lack of review integrity.

If I could leave less than 1 star I…

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

I have reacted to the mascara & serum. Have contacted customer services & they do not want to know.

Seems like I am not alone in my experience. Whilst the products seem to work for some I would advise against as if you have a reaction you will get no support afterwards.

Unporfessional serivce

Someone posted the following and the EXACT SAME THING happened to me. Wow!

"About a month after ordering, I still had not received the two products I ordered so I contacted customer service.
Although tracking clearly showed a label was created and the package was never shipped, they claimed that it was a problem with their warehouse. They offered me a $30 credit to buy something else and said they would ship what I had already paid for.
Then, I received another email stating my products had shipped and giving a new tracking number. Same thing happened. The package was never really shipped."

PESSIMI EVITATE

Ordine effettuato primi di febbraio, l’8 mi mandano un e-mail dicendo che é stato spedito, in data 18 chiedo informazioni sul pacco essendo che dichiarano una consegna in 3-7 giorni lavorativi.
Mi rispondono che hanno problemi col corriere e il tracking verrà aggiornata a breve.
In data 21 provo a contattarli di nuovo (essendo per un regalo) mi viene scritto che l’ordine non é mai partito..
sto chiedendo il rimborso completo, fortunatamente ho acquistato con PayPal.

They deleted my comment on instagram…

They deleted my comment on instagram and blocked me after raising a concern. I reached out to support and no help. I got an infection after using the serum, tried speaking to customer service and sent a message + comment to the owner on Instagram and she blocked me.

Never sent product

About a month after ordering, I still had not received the two products I ordered so I contacted customer service.

Although tracking clearly showed a label was created and the package was never shipped, they claimed that it was a problem with their warehouse. They offered me a $30 credit to buy something else and said they would ship what I had already paid for.

Then, I received another email stating my products had shipped and giving a new tracking number. Same thing happened. The package was never really shipped. I reached out to them and Their excuse this time was that the Postal Service lost my packages. I asked for a refund, and it still has not been processed.

I have reported this company to my credit card issuing bank and to our state AG.

One problem with shipping I can understand, two labels with the product never shipped is fishy... to say the least.

Only order from UK stockist or expect to be stung

I ordered an £160 order from Sweed as I wanted to overhaul my makeup. I was very excited to try the brand.
Sadly I never received my order. I paid £45 import tax ( which I have not received back) and then it was never delivered and I was not notified to collect.
So I never received the products and it’s cost me £45 in charges.
I ordered in January and in March Sweed responded and wanted to try to deliver again. I declined and they did refund the original order after quite a lot of debate. I would not recommend.

Expensive item from China!!

September 2022 I have ordered Sweed Lash Serum for almost 600 sek via Hudoteket.se
Unfortunately the product is China made. Almost 600 SEK is definitely not the price you pay for the China outsourced beauty product. If I wanted a Chinese beauty item, I’d go for Aliexpress, not scandinavian brand.
Feel cheated.
Sweed customer service did not respond to my email.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Shipping tracking is Nord Post and no real time detail on the movement of parcel especially once it leaves for the US. Customer Service took 3 days to respond. Does not seem to understand what I was trying to say in my email. Does not answer your question. Kinda weird responses for a business writing. Unhelpful with my ordeal. My package had been sitting at my US post office for 3 weeks. Sweed doesn’t seem to know where their products are during transit. Will never deal with them again.

Riktigt kass service

Riktigt kass service tyvärr.. Råkade beställa fel produkt och ville då såklart returnera. Hörde av mig till företaget som till en början svarade frekvent, tills jag bad om en returadress. Då fick jag inte längre något svar tillbaka. Skrev upprepade gånger tills jag tillslut fick svar med endast en adress i mejlet. Därefter skickade jag tillbaka paketet som oturligt nog hamnade hos ombud istället för hos Sweed direkt. Hörde återigen av mig till butiken och de svarade snabbt och bad om spårningsnr för att sedan berätta att de skulle hämta ut paketet under dagen alternativt dagen efter. Detta var onsdagen den 7e april och idag är det 19e april och paketet ligger kvar och jag har fortfarande inte fått svar trots upprepade försök att få tag i företaget. Har skrivit 4 gånger men det är inget svar. Kommer aldrig mer beställa ifrån detta företag och jag råder er som vill beställa av Sweed att absolut inte göra det genom deras egen hemsida. Helt sjukt dåligt bemötande och skamlig service. Kommer aldrig mer beställa härifrån tyvärr.
