This is the best last minute blood test service one could ask for. Joanne was super professional, efficient and kind.

I had 12 failed attempts with other organizations over 2 days and was getting really desperate for a very time sensitive test. Joanne accommodated us last minute, and managed to get my blood sample as painlessly as I ever had it done. True professional service!

Sons fasting times were recorded incorrectly and it was very hard getting her to accept blame and refund. Had to go to the person who introduced us to get them to get it back. Not a nice experience

I had a DHT blood test arranged with Joanne and was advised fasting wasn’t necessary. Unfortunately, this meant the results came back inaccurate. When I asked about a refund, this was declined, and further tests we had booked were not followed through. This left us in a difficult position, as my wife was unwell and we were relying on the results. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing and not what I expected when arranging important health tests.

Lovely experience considering I was getting my blood drawn.
Over a week wait with the NHS in the area but I was fit in first thing the next morning! Friendly polite and made it an overwhelmingly positive experience.

I am housebound and Joanne and her team are an absolute godsend for blood tests. They are punctual, highly trained, efficient and very caring. Highly recommended.

What an absolutely brilliant service. I needed an urgent blood test but the NHS couldn't give me an appointment for several days despite it being urgent. So rather than have to wait days or weeks for the appointment, we were able to book an appointment with Swift for the following day. I genuinely doubt I'll ever go to the hospital now for future tests and sit around for hours on end. The appointment was so easy to arrange via the website and Jo the nurse was lovely. She even delivers the blood to the hospital testing lab for you... And it only cost £35 for this service. Incredible but best of all, I didn't feel a thing when she took the blood. Well done Swift, brilliant. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Oh and if there are any doubters, they are fully qualified nurses so rest assured, it'll be dealt with properly.
