From first contact with Lewis & his team they were very easy to deal with.
Swift went above and beyond to help & make sure the service was successful.
The onsite team was polite, efficient, friendly & did a great job. They left my property clean, tidy and were done a lot faster than expected.

New boiler installed last year by Swift. This was the first annual boiler service (done by Tommy). Good communication, punctual and efficient. I had to book the service, it was not automatically done by Swift. However, there was no significant wait for the boiler service.

Lewis came to give me a quote, he was very professional and friendly and the price he quoted was very reasonable. Jason came to fit the boiler, again very friendly and professional. He didn't mess about, it was a big job taking out the old boiler and emersion tank but he got the job done to a high standard, and I'm very happy with everything. Highly recommended!

The guys are helpful and come out to us as soon as they can. Would recommend using... the after care is great!

Had a service done and the engineer gave us gentle reminders about the appointment. He was very pleasant and informed us of what he would be doing. He was very thorough and checked everything and when he was finish, gave us servicing check list.
