Swift Heating Installations Ltd 

We had our oil boiler fitted by some engineers who worked for this guy under another company called Swift Heating and Gas Services. I have since found out that the company was not Oftec registered so the commissioning report left is fraudulent and we have no Oftec certificate for the installation, also our installation has not been registered with the local authority. Will now have to try and get somebody else to come and check the installation and provide the correct paperwork and also confirm that our installation is safe to use. Be wary and make sure you get everything that you are paying for. Leave no stone unturned before placing an order on this company. Previously posted this review but agreed to remove it whilst the issues were being sorted. Still haven’t been sorted and if I’m honest have no confidence that they ever will as they currently don’t have an oil boiler engineers. £10k we’ve spent with this company. Please be wary.

Arrived on time expected Boiler swap my home boiler replaced with comi to take 2 days.
Job completed in just a single day. Fantastic in view of the work needed. Everything explained by Jason they cleared up left everthing clean tidy. Profesionsal and satisfactory job very well done. No hesitation in recomending Swift Heating.

Jason came yesterday to do annual boiler service. Great guy, messaged to say he was on his way, got service done and kept us informed what he was doing. Very professional but also friendly. So glad I pick Swift Heating. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Swift heating installed my boiler 12 months ago buy Anthony, he did a great job, he cleaned up once he had finished, I was so pleased with the work I used them again to service the boiler after 12 months. Again the young man was very polite, on time, no mess at all, thankyou very much, a great company, will always use them in future. Would definitely recommend

Swift Heating not only serviced the boiler they installed, but also addressed my concerns about the malfunctioning Hive thermostat. All now resolved.

The service was prompt,the installation excellent

When my boiler broke down I rang them and they came out the same day and next day came and fixed the boiler. They were friendly efficient and helpful.

I went with this company 1 because it was a small local company and 2 because of the offer on at the time and the service I received was really good. Adam and Jason did the job and where very professional. I had to leave before they had finished so Jason came back to show me what I needed to do. Overall a very straightforward job done and no problems so I would definitely recommend Swift Heating x

Really disappointed with these guys. Lewis came round last year and did a gas safety check. No problem. This time sent Jason, who claimed a glass was broken and a seal perished and these parts were obsolete but would cost £700 to replace and I should get a new boiler. I said no thanks. Got another engineer who changed the parts in a jiffy and had the boiler up and running in no time. Safe and sound no problems. I would never use swift again really shoddy trying to push extra parts or new boiler yet have the audacity to try and charge for a service and gas check that was never done. How greedy can you get. Now they will try that old chestnut..it’s safety…no it’s greed.
