We found Mathew on a comparison website, Mathew emailed me quickly with his availability and pricing, we decided to book with him and the whole process was seamless. Mathew kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and although there was a slight miscommunication with the vendor, Mathew kept us informed. Mathew completed the survey and had it emailed over to us the same day, the survey was completed in great detail. Mathew’s communication is great and his level of detail is also great. We will definitely be using him on future purchases and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Excellent service! Very in depth but not too overwhelming, backed up all points with photograph’s which gives a great idea where to look and helps with plans for repairs ect.

Highly recommended. Rang less than a week ago and for a small extra charge Matthew carried out the survey on Saturday morning and I had a very detailed Level 2 report with 365 photos covering all aspects of the survey by Saturday evening so I am ready to proceed first thing Monday.

The survey itself is very very thorough and is written in plain English, explaining anything a layman might not understand in a clear way.

Mathew is the best in the game. His surveys are the most detailed i’ve ever seen and it’s so handy to have hundreds of photos to go along with the report. A few days after we confirmed and made the full payment for the survey, we got had to withdraw the offer for a house as we got to know a major issue. Mathew has been very professional and made the full refund as soon as we requested, as he has still not done the survey.
