SWIFT UK PROPERTIES  Opiniões

Very efficient, great team both in booking process and the clearance itself. They also managed to get a piano out through a tiny door . Would highly recommend

Did a great job on a flat clearance. Reasonably priced, hard working and nice people. I would highly recommend.

Excellent communication. Speedy and efficient removal by pleasant and friendly workers
Totally recommend
Ann Dickenson

We needed our late fathers property clearing, from the first contact by telephone, through the home visit for the quote and the actual day of clearance the Swift Team were professional but also sensitive to the reason for the household clearance

They contacted the charities we wanted to donate toon our behalf, took items we wanted to keep to a storage center, and recycled as much as possible .

They helped make a difficult and emotional task manageable

Would highly recommend

Not had a very good time with builders lately and was looking for a trusted handyman. So pleased I found Swift . They have restored my faith that there are still some people around who take pride in their work. They are now going to be my first point of call for the odd jobs that nobody wants to do properly anymore. Paul turned up on time did a really good job of cleaning my windows and also went above and beyond by refixing pipes that have only recently been renewed. I am very grateful and will use him again and recommend to others. Thank you Swift.

Contact their team late on a Friday night to arrange somebody to come and help me sort out a broken door

What a great job. Two charming and strong young men arrived punctually, immediately set to work clearing our garden and garage. There were some very heavy garden pots full of earth that we could not manage, no problem, emptied and loaded in no time. Thank you

Quick service and good communication

They were so accomadating. House clearance done in less than 24hrs of my first call. (It was an emergency)
Absolutely recommend and very reasonably priced

Polite and good work, cost was fair.

Excellent, quick and efficient service. Great communication and at a very reasonable cost. They did what they promised when they promised.
Highly recommended.

Very helpful and incredibly quick. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from these guys during a stressful move! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them and communication was always great.

Brilliant - last minute help on a Sunday

With us within 3 hours, incredibly efficient and helpful. Thank you!

Cannot fault them. Super quick with their responses. I had a property which required multiple things fixing, painting, cleaning etc and they started this work really quickly after instruction. I would recommend them - their team are very friendly and always happy to help. Thank you so so much!

Shar is a very responsive and knowledgeable sourcer. He knows exactly what he's talking about.
He helped me do some due diligence research on several properties and areas and has helped me make informed decisions.
Glad to have Shar as a contact. Definitely recommend his services👍

Great communications, turned up on time, fair price, friendly team and they did what they said they would do. Very pleased!

Very helpful with good quality leads and investors. Also knowledgeable in property details.
A pleasure to work with!
Thanks

I highly recommend Shar from Swift UK Properties. He is very professional and always quick to answer any questions. Shar explains everything clearly, making the whole process easy to understand. He really listens to what you need and offers personalised advice, which is great. I find Shar's attention to detail and very logical approach a step up from other companies I've worked with in the past. The team is honest about costs and what to expect, which I appreciated. If you need help with property investments or maintenance, Shar and his team are excellent choices.

Shar was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well with all parties involved and secured an investor for the deal within a short time period. I look forward to working with him again.
