SWIFT UK PROPERTIES  Opiniões

Shar has been great to work with! I’m new to the property industry and he was understanding and upfront all the way through. He knows exactly what he’s doing and works very efficiently! Not a bad word to say at all.

Absolutely amazing.
I had to co-ordinate a clearance from Bournemouth, and Shar was a pleasure to deal with.
Professional, polite and reasonably priced, what's not to like!
Tom, who carried out the clearance, was equally as professional and very friendly (I had to take the word of a friend on-site as I couldn't be there).
Can't recommend these guys enough.

First time entering the rent-to-rent space. Shar was very helpful, advised me on what would be a good deal and also provided me with some things to look out for. Also was able to help me with some handy man work over the weekend.

As a first time landlord, getting calls from other deal sourcers was quite stressful. There was a lot I didn't know or understand. Shar, was very transparent. He assured he was on my side and was simply finding the best deal for both parties. Still in discussions with the company he introduced and I couldn't have done it without him.

Found them from a search. Contacted them and very quickly arranged a collection for the next morning. Tom came on time and was very efficient removing my item and was very pleasant. A good experience all round.

I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Shar, who proved to be exceptionally honest and transparent throughout the process of finding the right company for a corporate let. Shar's commitment to integrity was evident at every step. Unfortunately, the deal didn't go through in the end due to an error on my side. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Shar for anyone in need of assistance in this field.

The Swift team exhibited professionalism and dedication. I loved their personalised approach in taking the time to understand my goals and preferences so they could connect me with an investor that was a perfect fit for my needs. Great communication as all my questions were answered promptly and they provided valuable insight at every step. All-in-all a great experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable company. Answered every question I had, which instilled a lot of confidence for me to go ahead with them.

Found this company online as I had to clear my mother's flat. That have been brilliant from start to finish. They gave a quote turned up on time, and we're friendly and proficient. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Made the difficult experience of clearing my deceased father’s garage as stress free as possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

There was such a quick response from Shah to our urgent request and arrangements to meet our requirements quickly made. The team with Joe in the lead arrived promptly today, were friendly and helpful and the furniture cleared. Thank you for an excellent service

Absolutely fantastic team. Organised the clearance quickly using video and photos to speed things along. Cleared the Flat of a lot of things all in one day, amazing. Left the flat clean and tidy checking every last detail to ensure I was happy. Definitely recommend House Clearance Wales if you need clearance assistance.
