This is a brilliant service! I needed valuations for probate purpose (a family member) and using the Swift Values online process for me was; easy, quick, cost effective and gave me peace of mind with the HMRC compliant reports.

I was a bit worried about an online valuation as I am not good with technology. However, I had a quick and friendly response to a query and viewed the video. This combined with the service being a lot cheaper than an in-person valuation convinced me to try it. It was very easy, very quick and much less bother than having to arrange a viewing.

I knew Dad's house contents would have little probate value but needed an HMRC-compliant valuation, Swift Values provided this from some basic photographs within just a few hours! The report arrived in less than 24 hours, and the valuer took the time to call me to explain the values and how they'd been determined. We won't know for a while how HMRC will react, but the valuer convinced me that the values are defensible. And the online valuation cost less than one-third of what a site visit would have cost.
