I was incredibly impressed with the assistance I received from this company when selecting goggles for my child. Their communication was excellent, and the delivery was remarkably fast. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Nothing but great things to say about Swimsport. They went above and beyond to help me out after being let down by 2 other swim shops. I love to support smaller family run businesses and the fact that competitive swimming is still running through their family means they understand the wants and needs of their customers. I will always come here first when looking for our swim supplies for our 2 young swimmers. 🏊🏻‍♂️

I was reluctant to buy because I’d never heard of the company but I’m glad I did. The price was the best after a long internet search, postage was free and it was really quick. Very happy, thank you!

Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately I had to return one of the swim packs I purchased for my children as it was too big for one of them. As this is a small company be prepared to pay your own refund fee, which I did without questions asked. I was shocked to receive a refund less than what I paid for the item. I questioned why I did not receive a full refund and was provided with some confusing lame excuse about promo offers, mind you no where does it state this on line prior to purchase. I expected to receive a full refund for what I paid but instead this small time business chose to steal from a customer for a couple of quid. Very poor customer experience and the communication thereafter was worse. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I will shop elsewhere and do not recommend.p.s. watch your returns as it's returned to a home address, I paid for signed delivery but no one was home and the picture showed the parcel being left on the doorstep of the home, if the parcel went missing I would have had no refund however if you accept refund you need to be there to accepts returns.
