Super quick communication and arranging delivery/collection!

We needed to exchange an Amanzi which was too small. Swimsport were flexible to our needs and there was good communication about the exchange.

First class service and stock availability. Treated myself to new goggles and a rucksack, and sought advice on hand paddles. The paddles suggested were not in stock but received a message as soon as they came in, and I've been very pleased with the product as a result. The owner is happy to offer lots of advice on product usage, and he has all the main brands available. Shipping is also fast and you are kept right up to date.

It would have been 5 stars apart from the product (men’s swim jammers) sizing was far smaller than expected. As a result I had to exchange for the next size up and even they are a bit ‘snug’.
I can’t fault Swimsport’s procedures though, everything ran like clockwork, great service!

Good Customer Care - My order was delayed due to delivery issues -the package was water damaged in transit. However, Swimsport kept me informed and arranged a replacement with express delivery.

Great customer service

First time ordering from Swimsport. The jammers came quickly but didn’t fit. The subsequent customer service was excellent in helping us exchange the item by finding us a similar pair in a bigger size. Highly recommend Swimsport and will definitely use them again.
