There was a technical issue
There was a technical issue which meant my quote couldn't be retrieved when I went back to purchase it. I called and the lady offered to arrange it over the phone, but that meant I wouldn't get my meerkcat movies. So I had to start the whole process again, and guess what, when I went back, the price had gone up. Doubt it was just a coincidence. Good price, good level of cover and nice customer service lady at the end of the phone, but not a seamless purchase experience.

renewal cost to high
i got my renewal and i could better that on comparison sites and by staying with you but when i pho ed up i was told we dont match comparison sites even though it was with you. so i stopped the auto renew and bought from comparison site saving me money and 2 for 1 cinema tickets for a year

Took out a policy here. Wry annoying web, pop up notes ev few seconds absolutely crap service web, cancelled policy within 24 hours, NEVER AGAIN!
