Just get the watch!! I have bought a few and all my favorites came from here. I have no reservations about this company or buying a watch from SwissOutpost. If you like it on the website you will like it on your wrist.

I purchased a Women watch as an Anniversary gift for my wife. It was a Purple Swiss made girly watch, loaded with Bling, just like she appreciates. She loved it! Great price and value!

Swiss Outpost provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the watch that we purchased appears to have a fault (the stopwatch function doesn't reset properly). We will find out just how good the service is when we send the watch (Wenger) back for a replacement.

I received a Citizen watch that wasn't quite what I was expecting and Swissoutpost was very prompt in remedying the situation and providing a refund. Thank you, Swisswatch!

Wenger makes an excellent watch. I have three of them all purchased through Swissarmy. Service is prompt and timely.

I ordered a Wenger watch as a gift on a Friday. When I hadn't received any acknowledgement of my order by the following Tuesday, I emailed customer support. I did receive an answer within a couple of hours. They said the watch would be shipped by Amazon, and I would get a ship confirmation from them within a couple of days. I've ordered from Amazon and the product often ships from a different company, but this reversal was a first for me. I did get a ship confirmation the following day. From the time of order it was well over a week for the delivery, but that was still within a reasonable time. Usually nowdays, an order confirmation is received almost immediately after placing an order. I thought it was unusual that I had to seek one out several days later.

First rate watches, good prices especially with deep discounts, and good service. Not much else you could ask for!
