Jamie was extremely helpful in getting St Paul's Church, Kersal Moor a better deal for gas and electricity in the future. There will be substantial savings on the current contracts for which I have neither the time nor the experience to find for myself

Stephen was very helpful
Stephen was very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable throughout our dealings with Switch. He explained things clearly and was patient in answering my many and varied questions. I also appreciated the fact that he called me when necessary but did not act like a pushy salesperson hassling me with constant phone calls which was what I was getting from other similar agencies.

Exceptional Service
I dealt with an exceptional lady called Morgan, we (as a Charity) had several challenges with our previous energy supplier to switch to an alternative company.
I cannot rate this lady and Switch 365 enough, our original supplier blocked our move, failed to implement the reduced rate of VAT, nor reduce the CCL and calculate an overpayment on GAS of nearly £3K. Morgan took upon herself to deal with the company herself, and eventually supported me in going to the Energy Ombudsman where we were offered a full and satisfactory proposal and compensation. Without her determination and diligence we may not have had a successful outcome.

I initially left a negative review, but Paul Heywood reached out to explain the situation. It appears the mistake was on Royal Mail's side, not Switch 365's. I also received a thoughtful apology gift, which was very kind! Although I haven’t used Switch 365’s services yet, I can confidently recommend their excellent customer service!
We have received a fee for unpaid postage. As we were expecting several parcels, I assumed that one of our customers had not paid enough for the postage. As a result, I paid the fee, only to discover that it was for a leaflet from Switch 365. It is unacceptable that a potential customer has to cover the cost of your marketing materials!

Good afternoon. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we can only apologise for any inconvenience or costs incurred. Can you please let us know what you were asked to pay for unpaid postage? Any A4 letters would have had a minimum of £1.55 postage paid which is the price of a large 2nd class A4 envelope. If you have any paperwork relating to this charge, could you please email it to marketing@switch365.com and we can then raise this with the Post Office as to why charges were applied and ask for a refund. Kind regards
