They are fairly scammy in the way they gather your details, and they outright lie about their trustpilot rating.

Great customer service!
Harry, George and Ty were very professional, friendly and informative about the deals they were offering. They answered all my questions with great knowledge and a true understanding of the services they was offering. I unfortunately couldn’t sign up for the broadband as not available in my area however, the lads did the upmost to save me money and inform me on speeds etc. I’m awaiting a call from gas&electric supplier they referred me too as it did indeed show to save me money! Thanks again lads

Knocking at door scam and lying to my face
Knocked on door and didn’t even give me the chance to turn them away. Then started lying to me about my own prices by saying the price on my app that clearly said the 12 month cost was only for 9 months and that I’m paying much more. Tried to trick me into switching to British Gas by throwing numbers at me. Finally did my own research and found I’m on the lowest cost possible and it would have increased had I listened to them.

Had one the door to door guys sign me up for Broadband and a lot better energy deal. Now paying a lot less for energy and kids are over the moon with faster Internet Greig made it so easy to switch over and they also paid my early termination fee for Broadband would highly recommend

Don't remember clicking anywhere to say "yes please, pester me as soon as you can!"

Switcheroo complained that my review was defamatory, so i've been forced to edit it.
all I can say is they have a very biased view on any review that does not give them a positive response.
I still believe that Switcheroo misled me into believing they were offering competitive options from multiple suppliers, but instead I had an almost immediate phone call from 1 supplier asking me to confirm I wanted to go ahead and switch to them.

Two seconds is impressive, Scottish Power must have their running shoes on!
When you entered your details, you agreed to the privacy policy and terms & conditions, which explains that your chosen supplier (in this case Scottish Power) will give you a quick call to confirm things. If you’ve changed your mind, the fastest way to stop the calls is simply to tell them you’re not interested and ask to be removed from their system. Easy, no hard feelings, and no more Olympic-speed phone calls.

Hopeless? Ouch, that stings worse than a 1990s dial-up tone

Here’s the thing: we don’t pop up instant quotes on the screen, instead, once you’ve put in your details (and agreed to the privacy policy) the supplier takes over and gets in touch with you directly to confirm what’s available. We can’t partner with every supplier in the country, but the ones we do work with are real, licensed companies.
If you didn’t hear back, it may mean your chosen supplier couldn’t reach you, or your details didn’t match what they needed.

Car finance PCP refund scam con trick
Switcheroo had a web-link is to solicitors who charge £500 per hour and get you back nothing. Handcuff contact with solicitors HD Law.
Reference where Swicheroo was promoting car refund PCP finance via HD Law. My wife got an e-mail from Switcheroo with a link to a company HD Law. The link to HD Law is now inactive as Martin Lewis exposed that this was a scam.
We kept all the e-mails and evidence related to this con trick by HD Law.
HD Law recovering money is a con trick. They sign you up without permission. They then told my wife that she would be charged a bill for between £5000 and £10,000 legal fees to recover any excess PCP fees she had paid. She was told the legal fees would be £500 per hour.
This is a scam already exposed by Martin Lewis on his website. HD Law are invoicing people for work not done.
There is a Martin Lewis webpage that exposes HD Law who Switcheroo were promoting.
Regarding Switcheroos comments below.
The reviews about Switcheroo have been there for a month. If Swicheroo did not like that then they should have said straight away. They never objected when the review was submitted.
I suggest that they did not even care about their own reputation or bad reviews as they never monitor peoples complaints and try to sort things out. They have poor reviews and I am not surprised that they do as they don’t seem to care what people think.
Swicheroo may be vicariously liable any recommendations that they make for companies that they advertise for and promote. Especially if they get a commission.
It is up to Switcheroo to do due diligence and to not recommended companies that are untrustworthy. Did Switcheroo do due diligence in this case?
The Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority are now investigating. A copy of a contract signed by someone in my wife’s name has been sent to them. We will also be sending the evidence to the police and Crimestoppers

Forged signatures? Dodgy solicitors? £500 an hour? We had to double-check we weren’t reading the plot for a Netflix thriller.
To be crystal clear: we don’t offer car finance refunds, we don’t charge customers fees, and we certainly don’t forge signatures or back-date contracts. Our service is simply to connect people with legitimate energy, broadband and mobile suppliers. That’s it.
We take false claims like this very seriously and will be raising this with Trustpilot. If you genuinely meant to review another company, please do update it so readers aren’t misled, if not, we’ll be pursuing it further.

I was signed up today for broadband by Martyn W. He was absolutely brilliant, knew his stuff and didn’t leave out any hidden terms / conditions. He was polite, considerate of my time and wasn’t pushy at all! Will definitely be coming back if I need another switch!

I left a factual review on Trust Pilot that Switcheroo did not like as it confirmed with actual evidence that there claim to save me money was untrue. Yesterday out of the blue I get a WhatsApp message from Beau who claimed to be their founder advising me as follows:
That said, I can see that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and for that we sincerely apologise. We’d like to offer you a £25 gift card as a gesture of goodwill if you’d consider removing or updating your review.
Well I have updated my review. I bet I don't get my gift card.
This makes a total mockery of all, like me who genuinely post reviews both good and bad to assist others
