South West Optics Opiniões

Great price and service. Have used them before and will use them again I’m sure.

Called for some advice before buying and very impressed by the easy honesty chat. No pressure, no urgency to get off the phone. Just gutted they are literally 359 miles away from me, so not exact my local.

They had exactly what I wanted, but I found the building to be soulless and clinical which detracted from the "experience" - isn't that we are told we are now supposed to have? I would much prefer an old barn or similar to some antiseptically clean and unfeeling office.

Quick @easy

I wanted to bag the very best top end scope kit for birding - after a lifetime in the field with very good optics. Russell was thorough and patient - showing me all options and combinations. His knowledge is phenomenal and he showed genuine care to make sure I got what I felt most comfortable with. Such is his expertise, I knew I could trust his advice.

Great selection of optics. Easy to navigate. Delivery was quick with no issues. Recommend and will buy from again.

Lovely swift boxes but impossible to get hold of customer service wise when there’s an issue!

Bought a new Kowa telescope, fantastic knowledge and advice from Russell helped confirm this was the right scope to purchase. The Prominar TSN-66a has the right balance of weight, light gathering capability and cost for what I need.
Outstanding service and delivery to Northern Ireland next day!!

Excellent support and first class service

Quick and efficient service. Arrived quickly and safely. Thank you

Great service can’t complain

Russell gave us a huge amount of time and advice. He really listened then made great suggestions, which has resulted in my husband and I being really happy with the binoculars we bought.

Great selection to choose from ranging in different prices, the binoculars I brought my dad for his birthday he really loved them they were just what he had been looking for.Great service and quick delivery.

Excellent, no-fuss, professional service. Item was as described, in tip top condition, packaged well and arrived promptly and when advertised.

Good work will visit again. Thanks.

Excellent service, as ever!

I bought some binoculars, this is a review for South West Optics and not the binoculars themselves. Order process was easy and delivery super quick. Highly recommend.

So much choice! And at prices that you can’t ignore.

Done my research online for reasonable priced binoculars with good reviews. SWO had the best price also good right up so decided to go for the vortex with life time warranty. SWO were also very helpful when my son made his purchase a while back.
Many thanks for quick easy selection and purchase.

Excellent service, very helpful and very fast delivery.
