Really good prices and super efficient delivery.
Will definitely use this company again, also local to the southwest.

Good price and remarkably swift delivery. Also impressive range of quality binoculars.

They stock a hard-to-find item which allowed me to avoid importing from Japan. I inquired about it and was quickly called back by a very helpful and friendly chap. We had a nice conversation and I ordered the item. It was delivered next day! Thank you SW Optics!!

Russell welcomed me into the showroom and gave me great advice and a grounded perspective of what would best meet my needs. Zero pressure to upsell me anything and I'm very happy with the new spotting scope that I bought. It was a fair bit cheaper that I thought it might be and it's a really good first scope for me. I will definitely going back to South West Optics when I upgrade. Absolutely worth the trip.

The product that I selected was initially out of stock, but when it came back into stock, the communication was very good and the same staff member was very helpful on the actual transaction.

Many thanks for great customer service.

The customer service provided by Russell was excellent especially bearing in mind this was a facilitation of repair by Swarovski. I will not hesitate to purchase optics from him as/when the need arises in the future
