Bought a Steelcase Leap V2 off them, and cannot tell that it's refurbished or used at all. Really comfortable and great experience, would order again in the future.

The chair is as described and in great condition. Although dispatched promptly the courier was very slow. However Symon were very good at chasing and getting the courier to finally deliver the item, so I would use them again.

I messenger the weekend to ask if they had any idea when they would be coming.my answer back was We will refund you as you can not wait .it said in another message I had cancelled order.all I wanted to know was when can I expect them.If they did not have any more of what I wanted all they had to say was that they mine left.
