From the start Synthesys has been delivering a quality product. The quality of the "actors" and the voices produced has been top-notch. And the updates and upgrades have been phenomenal.
I am more than happy to continue using this platform.

Have been a user of synthesis.io since the beginning. I really like the software and would recommend it to anyone looking into using synthesis.io. You won’t be disappointed at all.

I haven't found any competing product that compares to Synthesis. Best of all, it keeps getting better with updates in the pipeline: new human actors, higher definition, more voices, faster rendering, a streamlined home page, the ability to resize videos, and more. Synthesis is definitely at the forefront of the latest technology, including text-to-image.

While I understand these guys are trying to build something useful, they are very late to the AI video party and have a low-quality product built on deceptive hype-based marketing.

The tech team seems to be using a slow, low-quality system that's not improved much. I have asked for a refund because without VC backing to hire a good tech team; this business can not improve fast enough to survive.

This software is amazing. It gives you great benefits for the value. I am truly satisfied with it.

I've been using Synthesis since it's release. Like any software, particularly where you need to be creative, the more you use it the better your results.

Out of the gate the Synthesis was what it was stated to be, and produced good results for me. With additional features added over time, plus using on actual websites, my results continually improved.

I have other software that is supposed to give a similar result, from a company I have bought and used software from for nearly 5 years.

I quit buying any new releases from the other company simply because Synthesis is dramatically better in results. And it continually improves as the software improves.

Synthesys has been adding capabilities and has always performed well. I expect it to last for many years to come. It is one of the tools I use most frequently. It's most recent addition, text to image, is not only fun to use, but useful when I want a specific image for an ad.

Oliver and Todd are great to work with and they always take care of my needs quickly and efficiently. I am grateful to know these two experts in this niche.

Video editing is a difficult task that can be made much easier with the help of software like Synthesis. With Synthesis, i can easily create videos without having to show my face. This software is easy to use and makes video editing a breeze.

The daily export limit for agency users is not good and the Support Team says that it will be increased to 20 videos. However, for me this limit is enough.

We represent ourselves in business. We have a name. If you represent a company, you sign your name. You have a name. You wrote something for me, dear stranger, but who are you? Do you have a name or is it just "Hi!"?

The other thing. You wrote a nice monologue here. So it turns out you lied in that one too, dear stranger. What you wrote here is the same text on the sales page WHERE TO FIND IT? Or do you lie in the same way and only write it here, on the Trustpilot website, when someone dares to write that you are scamming people?

I don't expect an answer from you stranger. You and I are from a different world. I do business in a different way and please don't be angry but I can't do business with your mentality. Maybe others can. I am incapable of tolerating lies.

I wish you good luck and hope that one day you and your company will grow up to the point where truth can get you ahead. And then one day you too can sell your product at a fair price. You won't have to give you 0%, lying cheap.

The company is lying! Claims you can make unlimited videos with this software. This is not true. You can create 20 videos per day. However, the company does not describe this in the terms and conditions or on the SALES page, so they are lying. Therefore 0% because the company lied.

Verdict
I do not recommend this company at all.
1) there is no unlimited video production, although the company claims it, so they are lying!
2.) the video quality is very bad
3) the sound quality is poor
4) the renderer is painfully slow
5) slow software
6) all avatars are ugly, so not usable
7) avatars cannot be enlarged
8.) upsell

I do not recommend this software at all.
On the one hand the avatars are ugly, on the other hand the company lied because they didn't tell you that the daily limit is 20 videos per day.

This software is 2nd to none with it's flexibility and incorporated angles of creating awesome videos. It is a game changer for sure. L.Love

What you can create with Synthesys's software is nothing short of incredible! This is State Of The Art. There's nothing else that even comes close, as far as I know, and certainly not for the relatively small investment. Even better, the program's creators continue updating and upgrading the product, as the technology expands, at no extra cost! Try it, and be amazed at the possibilities!
