T/A has a great showroom and display of higher end appliances and barbeques. I ordered a Gozney pizza oven which was supposed to be in stock, but was backordered and supposed to be in 2-3 weeks so I paid in full. I was outside delivery area, so had to pick it up. The oven was not ready to pick-up for over 8 weeks which was disappointing.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delay with your Gozney pizza oven. We understand how disappointing it is when an item expected in a short timeframe takes significantly longer. While backorders can sometimes be impacted by manufacturer availability beyond our control, we acknowledge that clearer communication and expectation-setting should have been provided throughout the process.

You only should rate the company in one case: Customer service after sales, and honestly, it was one of the worst customer service after sales, be careful, you will be alone if you do not but their warranty for any BBQ, simple, they will tell you : go and call the company and deal with them directly because you refuse to buy warranty from them, !!The buy was new brand Kings Broil BBQ as it was nightmare after 2 days from using it and where TA refuse to help me at any cost with bad attitude from the customer service representative.

Hi there, we apologize for any issues you experienced with your appliances. Some manufacturers require customers to go directly for their warranty, and this was one of those cases. Our team members certainly did not refuse to help you, they were trying to help provide guidance into seeking out a solution for you.

The sales person Mr. Charlton met all our needs for a good sales experience...friendly, helpful, and price sensitive. The install crew was also knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They didn't make a mess while they were installing the washer.
