I was so impressed with the service I received from Kyle, he went out of his way to send pictures and give me information on the product I wanted. Item arrived in perfect condition and I will definitely purchase from Solenco again. Haven't experienced such good service in a long time.

MeacoDry Arete® Two 12L Dehumidifier / Air Purifier

The order process went smoothly even after we changed our minds on the model we wanted. The staff at Solenco were very friendly and helpful assisting us to make the additional payment. The unit was dispatched very quickly and arrived in good time. We are happy with the unit and it is certainly helping to reduce the excess moisture in the house.

I have still not received my order

Updated: Order was received on 7 April. Its frustrating as the order was dispatched on the 30th March. I'm more update that nobody communicated with me during the 30th March and 6 April

I have still not received my order. Considering the value of the order I would have also expected some sort of updates and communication as to where my order is, its been more than 7 days. This is really poor service between Solenco and DSV.
