Hi, I am so sorry we were short of an item from your order for the second time, this is very unusual. We have over 300,000 items of stock and on the odd occasion we can be short of a product, but this rarely happens so you have just been very unlucky to make two orders with missing items. I'm afraid the model of reel you purchased is supplied to us on its own in the box and doesn't come with any warranty paperwork, but if you do have any problems we are more than happy to deal with a warranty claim for you.
