First class experience with the company. Bought a Fox 13ft Barbel float rod, best price I could find on the internet. A chap called Daniel dealt with the order, who I found to be very polite, helpful and friendly.

I ordered a new marker rod which arrived damaged after a quick call and a few photos of the damage these guys sent me a new rod which arrived the very next day. Very impressive service. And very difficult to beat on prices.Thanks

Your not just a rip off merchant your a liar aswell, before replying to me you have cleared your website with the old korum mk2 and you know the ones im talking about, they have the 3 support rods on the roof, what you have done is put the new ones on now, as for the threats of violence, it was name calling, your member of staff wants to grow up and learn how to speak to a customer proper, i just hope any member of the public reading this as viewed your website over the last 4 week and will know im telling the truth, as for returning the shelter the first member of staff i spoke to told me to send it back and he wud sort something out regards the cost, there was no mention of having it picked up or being fully reimbursed for the cost, as for the shelter itself i have given it away but the fact is i paid £85 for something u didnt have! I would put it down to experience and will be advising anyone i know not to buy from you in the future.

Dissapointed
Having bought 3x brand new rods of them,2 went faulty after 3 months.
I told them and they said to bring them in and they'd send them off to repair.
So i drove to the shop to drop them off(1 hour 20 min round journey) and no offer of a courier service,ummm! i thought.
Later the next week i rang for an update on the situation and the reply was 'nah mate,they probaly have'nt even looked at em'.Ummm i thought again.
So on collection(when the rods were repaired,to be fair was quite prompt)which was another 1 hour 20min round trip,the guy that served gave no apology or explanation to as why the rods were faulty,o i thought.Only for him to say i'd upset his workmate about a comment i'd made.Made me feel like i should be grateful for there service after spending £600.Wont be using them again.

In their store I wanted to purchase 3no Shimano medium baitrunners, they had them in store. They promise to price match on their website. Erics Angling £89.99 each. Tackle Fanatics £115.00 each. I was informed they would earn less than £15.00 per reel at £89.99, so unable to price match! I'm not a bitter person. I did purchase 2 other reels. How can you promise, but not deliver?

We do always try and equal, if no beat any price, but just like Eric's and many other retailers there are times that prices can’t be matched. Tackle Fanatics sometimes sell tackle for less than others pay for their stock and we wouldn’t expect them to sell to their customers for less than they cost – we are a business and need to try and make money to be able to continue providing our customers with top quality cut price tackle. The reels you wanted to buy were being sold by Eric's for less than they cost us so I'm afraid we couldn't sell you the Medium XT-A at a loss, I don't know why you were informed we were making £15 as this isn't correct. I see that you bought the 'Big' XT-A from us in the end and have recently purchased some rods that were extremely competitively priced so you have managed to find some great deals with Tackle Fanatics. We hope to continue dealing with you in the future and would like to wish you lots of luck with your new set up. Started awful ended very good
Since the below statement I have received a phone call apologising for the issues which I have suffered and furthermore have been given an alternative delivered in time for my trip. Now impressed with their aftercare and their want to deliver a polished service would now reuse and also would recommend to others.
Awful promised next day delivery didn't even have the stuff in stock and didn't tell me such until the day of delivery by email. Really disappointing as needed the bait for fishing and they ruined my trip.
