Hi John, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your trade in. We quoted on the pod being new as this is the condition stated by you in your quote submission. Unfortunately once we received the pod it became evident that your item had been used and as a result we had to lower the price. I understand that you have been contacted and the reason for dropping the pods trade-in value have been explained to you, but I you have any further questions please feel free to contact the office on 0208 949 3307. We have a live stock system that only shows the items we have in; so unlike other retailers that just list products then make you wait for them once they have taken your money, we have well over 120,000 keenly priced tackle toys and fish fodder ready to be dispatched on a next working day delivery service.
