No food in part of order
Ordered via Uber eats and my chicken quesadilla has no sauce, filling, just a tiny bit of cheese. Uber eats feel based on this no refund or partial refund is appropriate. Absolutely disgusting. I've provided them with photo so either they are blind or not interested.

I rarely get takeaways these days due to declining quality, but after a long day at work, I decided to treat myself. I ordered from Taco Bell Blackpool, and it started off badly with the prep and delivery times constantly changing — 15, 5, 8, 10, 15, 5, 8 minutes — all over the place. In the end, delivery took about 5 minutes.
Unfortunately, the food wasn’t worth the wait. The nacho chicken arrived cold. I ordered an XL cheese item — it wasn’t even in the bag. The quesadilla and burrito were both stuck to the wrappers, cold or barely warm. The fries were cold, and the cheese topping only slightly warm.
The only thing that didn’t disappoint was the Pepsi Max. I ended up binning the lot and settling for a yogurt instead. So disappointing

Ordered food from Bored looking staff and OMG what ridiculously small portions, This is nothing like Taco Bell the the USA, which has always been one of our favourites, this was an embarrassment especially for the Brand. No wonder it was empty.!1
Disappointed
First time ordering and can honestly say we’ve never been more disappointed and ashamed to have paid for this food. Very overpriced over hyped small stingy potions 2 pieces of chicken with skanky salad. Will NEVER order from a Taco Bell again definitely not a place to go or recommend. Avoid at all cost unless you like to pay high prices for no quality or care.

Cold food drinks machine broken
Ordered food about half hour after the restaurant opened. Despite being the only person there and the food made fairly quickly it was cold. The drinks machine wasn’t working and instead of giving me 7up gave me some bizarre cloudy liquid. I exchanged for a bottle of water. Will be the last time visiting.

I was trying to redeem an offer for a free crispy chicken soft via the app. I saw a promotion available exclusively through the app and went into a Taco Bell location at 348 edgware road to use it. However, when I asked the staff about it, I was told to order at the kiosk instead of through the app, even though I explained the offer required app ordering. I followed the staff’s instructions, but unsurprisingly, the QR code didn’t work and the offer was not honored.
This kind of inconsistency is disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer experience. If offers are app-exclusive, staff should be informed and able to support customers correctly. I ended up getting the chicken nachos but without the free crispy chicken taco that should come with the order from the offer.
That said, the chicken nachos were delicious—but I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and perhaps offer a resolution.

Wembley restaurant’s Manager Krunal is diabolical
If I could give this 0 stars I would. The taco bell in Wembley, with the supposed manager Krunal is absolutely atrocious customer service by the manager. What a big mistake having him represent one of your outlets Taco Bell uk.
After HE made the mistake of telling me scan a 2nd QR code (both only one-time only codes) before he finished the first transaction he said meant that he couldn’t complete the transaction on the till and so I would have to pay for the free taco and full price for the burrito if I wanted to still have them for my lunch and wait to see if the codes ever come back. I again advised him they are one-time codes. Whilst attempting to find out why I’ve now lost both my one-time QR code, being told to pay and the so called manager refusing to resolve the error HE made, Krunal persisted to raise his voice, speak over me, refused to give me head office number or address and refused to advise of the complaint procedure. Krunal was extremely rude, unprofessional, aggressive in his tone and appear to not care at all about a new customer or keeping a customer. When was it appropriate Taco Bell UK to have your staff act in such a vile behaviour when asked to resolve an error HE made. His resolve was pay without the discount and free promotional offer that I had made pretty much entered into a contract in equity at the till when Krunal made an error and decided to change the terms due to HIS error.
How are your managers trained in such an unprofessional and socially unacceptable way Taco Bell UK?

Disgusting service from Taco Bell Escape Milton Keynes
We ordered a takeaway through just eat at just after 18.00 on 21/03/2025 from the Escape Milton Keynes branch the delivery time was stated was 40 minutes. The order didn’t arrive and when continuously checking the delivery time kept changing. When the order (despite it showing on the app that the order was delivered around 20.43) didn’t arrive we decided to go to the branch to find out what was going on. At 21.00 we received a call from the just eat delivery driver to say they had just picked up our order and were bringing it to us, they informed us that they had arrived at the branch at 18.40 to collect our order and waited till around 20.50 for our order to be prepared as there was only 2 staff working when they arrived! Apparently four more staff turned up while they were waiting to assist with getting the orders out.
Our order arrived at 21.03, the order was cold, incomplete and tasted like the oil used was old. This is totally unacceptable and I intend to contact the Area Manager with regard to this issue. We do not feel the Just Eat delivery staff were at fault here just the poor management and the lack of commitment from the team and management at this branch
If Taco Bell Escape are not able to fulfill the orders of a take away service on a Friday night, perhaps maybe this option should be withdrawn

The food was cold and hardly any filling apart from lettuce. Didn't even wrap it properly. Asked for refund, was told they don't do refunds. Got one in the end by stating my consumer rights. Won't go there again
