Billed my credit card immediately on 7-29-2025 and here we are 8-13-2025 and I never received my order. They list their corporate office in Delaware as a smoke screen but the product actually ships or (should ship) from China. The tracking information is being loaded falsely by their own staff listed as “Sorry for the delay you will receive your package soon” providing false hope to the consumer. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANIES WEBSITE!!!

Deceptive offers. Just Pay shipping. Stay away from this site.

Im glad to see that reviews from others mirror the same thing that happened to me. I too believe deeply that the company is a scam company using deceptive business practices. For example, get your "FREE" knife which isnt free. If something is " FREE" there is no money involved. Webster dictionary: FREE adverb, meaning without cost. So the knife isnt free you have to pay s/h then you fi d out later that you are being charged a subscription fee that you didn't subscribe to anything. If you notice before you write a review the header is "WHAT WENT WRONG THIS TIME?" That alone implies to me that they are well aware that a complaint is coming because of their businesses practices being deceptive. Along with a one star review file a complaint with the FTC as I have done. Its not that hard to do. One of the things the FTC investigates is "Deceptive " businesses practices.

I suspected they were a scam when they listed some decent looking items for "Free - only pay shipping". I received the items but have now been charged X2 on my credit card for $59.95. The fraudulent charges have been reported and card canceled. Products made in China, probably overseas scammers.

got a "free" box of ammo from them and then got hit with a 59.95 charge for some subscription that the bury in the fine print. Will never recommend them

I've been scammed as well as everybody else got an email that I had won a free box of ammo all I had to do was pay the shipping and now I've noticed for the past couple of months I've been billed $59.95 it's definitely looks like a nationwide scam a lot of people have been scammed I think something needs to be done how can they do this and get away with it I want my money back as well as I'm sure everybody else does maybe an email to Better Business Bureau may help we'll have to see

Pants were extremely small for xxl. Sent email to start return they have offered to give me a 30% credit if I keep the pants. Nope I want a total refund now they aren’t answering emails. DON’T buy from them

Got an email that "I won a free box of 9MM ammo". It linked to a super spammy website, no footer, no contact info, no physical location, nothing. I google searched them and found an address in MA - looked it up and there's not "Tactical USA" in that suite, they are using an address from Urban Outfitters. I called Urban and they had no idea who "Tactical USA" was. I then found an 800# for Tactical, called, and someone from the Philippines answered and said he didn't know who the owner was and he couldn't tell me if he did know. Those call centers charge about $0.50 per call, they are multi-use call centers just encase someone calls. This seems like a total scam. They are trying to get you to input your personal info and CC number into a website so they can then charge you more for things you didn't purchase. Typical overseas CC scam. BEWARE!!

Like others, I've discovered recurring charges on my credit card. Will call and attempt to dissuade them from charging again.

This appears to be outright theft; they've charged me over $600 since last year. Shame on me for not being more up on my credit cards, shame on them for stealing.

Same scam as everybody else describes. What I cannot understand is people leaving a 5 star review and saying they were scammed out of $59.95 and then got it stopped. You still got scammed and you leave them a 5 star review because they were nice enough to give you back the money they stole from you?!!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS “GREAT DEAL” SCAM! As you can see from the rest of the reviews. They hide a subscription fee in your order. At first when I called them out on it they were gonna refund me all the months they scammed me. Then I got an email stating they wouldn’t honor the statements made by their own customer service dept. I’ll be calling my card company and disputing the rest of the charges and let them deal with trying to prevent it.

Tactical is a scam. I purchased items from them months ago. Purchase came in good condition.
Today I discovered a transaction listed on my bank card for $59.63. I immediately stopped payment and was issued a new card from my bank.
There are so many of these scammers I've stopped doing business with companies on the internet I'm unfamiliar with.

Same thing happened to me as of the other complaints. Bought a couple boxes 45 rounds. They came in the mail. Recieved promptly.I ordered a subscription for $59 , now they were billing me every month without me noticing. I am now
disputing the charge with my bank. I see I should have looked up on this site earlier. They are criminals.

They are reselling temu products for a significantly marked up price. Also they use very sneaky tactics and try to pressure sells on you for other items you're not interested in, and finally they sneak to sign you up for subscriptions you don't want or need. This site needs to be shut down. They're crooks

My bank card company informed me that an attempted fraudulent POS (point of sale) purchase in the amount of $59.96 was placed on my credit card by Tactical USA.

The attempted unauthorized POS purchase was stopped immediately by me.

Unlike other people who complain about unscrupulous business people such as Tactical USA, I don't take an attempted rip off of my hard earned dollars without some consequences and repercussions.

I therefore have made it known to Tactical USA that any further unauthorized attempts to remove money from my bank account WILL be met with a formal complaint to the Tennessee State Attorney General office for investigation.

A $59.95 charge showed up on my credit card I immediately called them to find out what was going on. Thinking I will be having a problem? What a surprise!! They reversed the charge with an apology and explained how it happen. Very happy with the outcome and service.

Scam. Charge $59.95 and cannot reach them to stop. Had to delete n replace credit card. Complete scam don't even open the site. It's not HTTPS safe.
