Please run away from this company.

1. I have to change manually the language for each meeting, otherwise it risks getting rubbish and losing information I couldn't afford to lose.
2. I just had a meeting and for my surprise, I got no transcript.. Yes I was relying on this ( and that's my fault for be insisting in expecting things from you)
3. Customer support sounds great, but it's unable to help at all

So yes, each person is free to do anything they want with their lives, but I beg you:

RUN. AWAY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY.

Did a free trial. The tool is clunky and I can't find any way to remove it from my meeting accounts even though I didn't set it up as an extension. It also won't let me delete my account and said it may take as much as 5 days for their team to get back to me. Horrible experience all around.

Very satisfied with Tactiq. it worked smoothly and was exactly what I needed. Customer support responded immediately and processed my refund within a few days after an unwanted renewal. Unfortunately, due to an internal company decision I can no longer use it, but personally I was very happy with the tool and the service.

Tried using Tactiq to transcribe a language lesson in Spanish. I was hoping a transcription would help me identify my errors and look at error patterns. The transcript is horrible. Most of it wasn't legible. Even though Tactiq states it has Spanish capability (which I enabled) neither me or the native speaker were transcribed appropriate. Also, it tried to translate and transcribe any of the lesson in english into spanish.

Does not work on mobile

Tactiq's transcription capability is horrendously poor—barely 1% of the transcription is accurate, making it virtually useless.

Still stealing my money!!! When you email them they don't get back to you but just bill your card!!!!!!! Month 2 and still no one has gotten back to me. Becareful before you subscribe they steal your money!!!! Worst service ever waiting for over a month for them to get back to me now they have the audacity to charge me after I cancelled!!!!

Does anyone actually sit behind this AI.

Really handy tool for completing interviews and working with remote teams. I find having the record of the conversation to save and share is really convenient. The tool gets smarter and smarter, and although some accents are hard for the tool to translate, I find it very good with my American English and Aus English.
