Tai TMS is a phenomenal system. Very user friendly but most of all very robust. It is well maintained and constantly being improved. There's a plethora of integrations with other platforms to enhance any style of operational need. As well, the system has open API endpoints that allows you to customize your own integrations. Automations galore that streamline processes, saves time and drives bottom line growth.
The Tai team is great to work with, understands the world of logistics and are always willing to spend the time to fix any issues and/or research a need / new request.

We've had a great experience with TAI TMS. For me, one of the biggest benefits is how organized everything is. Loads, documents, carrier information, and customer updates are all in one place, which makes it much easier to manage day-to-day operations and quickly find what you need. The visibility across our business has improved significantly. Everyone is working from the same information, which has enhanced communication and collaboration between planning, tracking, invoicing, and leadership teams. We're spending less time searching for information and more time making decisions.

I'm also a huge fan of the automation capabilities. Automating repetitive processes has eliminated a lot of manual work and helped us scale without adding unnecessary complexity.
