Very easy to obtain a sensible offer for my car and the staff I spoke to on handover were extremely pleasant and helpful and made the whole experience pleasant and stress free and no transaction fee to pay unlike some other traders.

Great and helpful throughout the entire process. Lady on the phone was very patient when we were considering the logistics with the car not starting. Gentlemen that came to pick it up were quick. Afterwards they have sorted the car transfer with the DVLA. Smooth from start from finish.

Had to scrap my ancient old car. They offered me an excellent price for it and made all the arrangements. I was delighted to speak to a REAL PERSON on the end of the line who organised things at a convenient time for me and explained everything. I received a call prior to the pick up from the driver. He was extremely polite and efficient. My car was soon loaded without causing a problem in my street. The money was in my account an hour later. Fantastic fuss free service!
