This is the fourth year we’ve used Take The Family to organise our holiday. Prue is incredible. She goes out of her way to find holiday experiences that suit our family perfectly. This year there was a jot of a mix up with a hotel (not her fault) and she found an alternative that was even better and we weren’t charged a penny more, which was great.

This year we did 5 days on safari and 8 days on the beach and it was incredible, especially the safari section. Her organisation was impeccable - and she went out of her way to help, even booking us seats on flights when we couldn’t access the airline’s website.

If you need holiday inspiration and someone who will book something brilliant for you, then follow up with great customer service, I would 100% recommend Take The Family!

Prue managed so save me almost £1000 for the same holiday I was going to book directly with the tour operator so fully recommend her.

Take the Family offer a superb and very personalised service. Nothing was too much trouble - every detail was considered and perfectly organised for us. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 older teenagers) had an absolutely fabulous three centre holiday which ran seamlessly from start to finish. Hotels were excellent, as were the ground agents in Dubai, South Africa and Mauritius. The trip totally exceeded our expectations in every way and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Take the Family or use them again! Thank you!

If you have ever felt overwhelmed by the prospect of researching a holiday- I would recommend Take the Family. They do all the hard work for you and give specific, well considered recommendations based on your needs. This is so much less daunting than some of the big providers, who’s search engines seem to return thousands of generic results. My travel advisor, Zoe, was so helpful and friendly, doing things like making sure our passports were ok and checking us in for our flights. They provide an excellent service!

We had our family holiday to Turkey organised by Zoe at Take the Family. From start to finish she was amazing 👏 nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond to find us a perfect family holiday for our party of 9. Me and my three close friends have just come back from Split in Croatia 🇭🇷 for my 50th birthday. We had an absolutely amazing time!!! The place, Hotel and staff were fantastic!!! . Had a great experience booking with Kelly for our trip to Disneyland Paris. I had so many questions and Kelly had the patience of a saint! She helped us from start to finish nothing was a problem. She helped us navigate the Disney app and even rescheduled shuttle crossings, such a friendly and personalised service. Can’t thank her enough for making it so easy!

Zoe is tremendous! We have recently booked our second holiday relying entirely on her. We are three generations made up of six adults, and six children. Zoe is warm, empathetic, honest, and efficient. Our first holiday booked through was a roaring success, so we are confident that this next one will be too. We recommend her without hesitation.

We had a wonderful week away in Dubai at the Rixos resort. Zoe at Take the Family was brilliant from the initial query several months ago through to the booking and the holiday itself. Everything was organised super-smoothly and the quality of accommodation, flights and transfers was exactly as described. Zoe also responded to any queries promptly and she also made herself available during the holiday in case of any questions....the box of colouring / activities books and small toys that came with our tickets was a lovely gesture and hugely appreciated by us (and the kids!).

I have used Zoe Pope a few times now and each time she has been beyond helpful. From the start she provides knowledgeable, considered, appropriate options (even when dealing with multiple requirements and challenging budgets!). Throughout the process she makes fabulous suggestions, liaises with suppliers, deal with issues and generally goes above and beyond. Her dedication to finding the best holiday at the right price is something you don't often find, always with a little sprinkle of 'special stuff'. My young adult sons have also used her and she provided the same professionalism and expertise but with some much-welcomed mum-support thrown in. Whatever the holiday you're considering (weekend break to long haul), Zoe is your woman!
