Do NOT buy from this company!!!! Their refund policy is a credit note.

The quality is absolutely appalling! The dress I ordered looked like potato sacking. I wanted a refund and was told I had to have a credit note!! It s now in the bin

So dissatisfied order 2440 waited two weeks to be advised dress was not available. It was suggested I pick another dress at double the price with no extra charge . Asked for a refund still no reply as per consumer rights . Currently looking to get in touch with abussman and consumer rights re refund as product was not available .

Poor fit, way too long.
Gave it to Good Will.

Order 2281. The dress didn't fit as expected and even though it was a custom order Talethreads will accept the return and make me another dress. I am excited to work with this company to get dresses that will flatter my shape! Will keep you posted as to Dress#2.

I ordered 2 dresses. A week later, they emailed saying one was out of stock and asked me to pick a replacement. I asked for them to just refund the price of that dress. I have not heard anything from them since. I have not received a refund. I have not received the other dress. This website is a scam.

Took a few weeks for the dress to be delivered. It didn’t fit as expected so I requested to return it. Return address given as a street in Scotland close to my home where there are only houses. Company confirmed address as correct but no number issued. No such business is registered on that street. This is totally a scam as clearly I’m not going to ship the dress to an address two streets along from me.

Lovely fit and quality material.

The cloth stuff is realy good quality and color and style is also stylish and appealing...i will do more shopping next summer ..and recommend it to others as well...the delivery i think comes from india, so be a bit patient as it may take some time from custom clearance etc...but over all its authentic website

Nothing to WOW about. Just normal, average experience but being nagged for a review.

The dress arrived yesterday. It’s beautiful! The packaging was so thoughtful and they even sent a tape measure. I can’t wait to wear the dress.

Way too big! Thought this would be as good as Eshakti. Not even close. Didn’t respond to an inquiry. Very disappointing. Fabric as described.

The pantsuit fits very well. It is nice being able to have something tailored for you without having to go to a seamstress.

Great dress at an amazing price. Surprisingly high quality material. Love it.

I bought three dresses, one with a slight customisation. They all fit really well and are adjusted to my short height (5’2”). They are well made and well finished.

The fabrics are lovely: I like cotton rather than the awful polyester used in so many clothes.

I will be buying more.

It’s great to be confident of fit.

So great to see a good quality customisable fashion online store online at reasonable prices. I recently tried my first dress from these guys. It was a little late than expected BUT the quality was excellent. Will definitely buy from them
Again.

i sent the dress back to the address for Talethread via royal mail only to have it returned to me

I didn't realize this item was shipping from China, so delivery took longer than expected. I was receiving "How Did We Do?" requests long before the item arrived, which made me worry that the item had been stolen off my porch. When I reached out to customer service I received no response. And the Shopify Tracking didn't work. Nevertheless, the wool blazer is very nice, a beautiful color, and fits perfectly.

Everything is so well made and wear so well. I always feel beautiful in your dresses and tops.

The dress is very thoughtfully constructed and well finished. The pockets are roomy but skillfully executed so they do not disrupt the line of the skirt. It came well packaged with tissue and a cloth zippered bag, which was very nice!
