Poor quality Advent candles and poor care with packing
Bought Advent candles and numbers and art work was so faded (nothing close to the image on web!) and to cap it all they were not wrapped to protect them; imagine posting out candles with no protective wrapping? Returning them
Thank you Talking Tables for your response to my review and commitment to remedying. I have never received candles without protective wrapping.

Excellent customer service Bad delivery service
There was a mix up with my deli every twice but I blame the courier service . I received quick customer service and although a long wait, goods are very good quality, helpful staff so will definitely use again 👍❤️

I'm sorry to hear your order has been delayed and you've been unable to reach the seller on Not on the High Street.
At the bottom of each product page on Not on the High Street there is a section to "contact the seller" and send them a message. There should also be a "contact the seller" button on your order confirmation. I found this information on the following link:
