I have been using Sarah and Talma for many years and as usual Sarah has pulled it out of the bag yet again.
Hotel fantastic staff were equally as good and the service from the Talma team especially Sarah was second to none.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Vancouver Island, 3 weeks of watching Bald Eagles and Turkey Vultures soaring, Sea Otters playing, Humpback Whales and Orkas diving and blowing huge plumes of water, Black Bears foraging along the shore with their cubs, and so much more. This trip was arranged to perfection by Sarah. Everything was as we hoped, and Sarah is such a pleasure to deal with.

Sarah at Talma is so professional.Her advice and suggestions are always spot on. We would not consider anyone else to organise our trips. Sarah never disappoints. Sarah goes the extra mile for which we are grateful.

Sarah from Talma Liss was amazing from start to finish . She helped us choose the best hotel for our trip to Gibraltar and the trips we wanted to do Sarah sorted these and the trips were awesome. I am rubbish and sorting these things out so knowing I could just get InTouch with Sarah and ask the questions was great . She is calm professional and very patient with all my many questions. With out a doubt would recommend Sarah 100% service was outstanding and she made the process so easy.

I recently made a road trip with my partner to visit my grandson in Munich and take him to meet my friends in Baden Württemberg and Switzerland. The channel shuttle and hotels were all organised by Fred Holidays and Talma which were excellent. We had only one disappointing hotel which was in Munich where the bar food was poor and had a very difficult underground car park to negotiate,

Sarah has been booking our holidays for nearly 10 years. Over this period of time Sarah has got to know us and what we want to achieve from a holiday. Therefore every holiday we have booked with Norad/Talma through Sarah have exceed our expectations.
On our most recent holiday we had disruption out of everyone’s control and Sarah assisted in helping us to get home via an alternative route, even taking a call from us at 4am UK time!

We have been booking our holidays Norad/Talma for over 10 years, whether it be USA/Thailand/Singapore/NZ/Hong Kong, Sarah's guidance,help and organisation has been superb and we cannot recommend Talma enough. Sarah has been really wonderful in arranging our big family trip for next year. We have just returned from an excellent holiday in India with Titan Travel but booked with Sarah at Talma. Sarah took the hassle out of booking directly with Titan by, for example, booking our Premium Economy tickets and helping with the complicated Indian Visa application. She is always there to help if any questions arise during the pre-holiday procedures.

I’ve booked many holidays through Sarah over the years. My recent month long trip across Asia and Australia was nothing short of the usual standards I always experience when booking through Talma. Sarah helped me to craft the perfect itinerary taking onboard any requests I had. I particularly value the thought and time she put in to ensure all arrangements catered for me travelling solo. Excellent service I contacted Sarah and she asked what I was looking for I said special holiday for my 60th Birthday going to Egypt. She asked some questions and I answered. The holiday was out standing. The service we received and the places we stayed were excellent. Staff and resorts were of a very high standard stayed at The Four Seasons Cairo, Nile Cruise on The Oberoi Zahra and stayed at Hilton Luxor. The food was good and so well looked after. We had a Guide and driver at all times. The guide who met us at the airport in Cairo sorted all our paper work out and from the time we got of the plane and into taxi less than 30 minutes.

Sarah at Talma did an amazing job booking our MSC Cruise for 2026. Great rate and wonderful service. I’d highly recommend Sarah for all your travel needs

Sarah and the team at Talma Leisure (formerly Norad Travel) did a great job organising and booking our 3 week trip to Australia to celebrate my 60th birthday. From an initial outline brief, Sarah developed a plan for our review and approval, which was then turned into firm bookings as soon as flights, hotels and trips became available for booking. At all stages we were kept informed of progress, any changes we needed to decide upon as well as any relevant travel advice. All arrangements were faultless including all the ground and water transfers which made for a wonderful stress-free travel experience. Well done and thank you to Sarah and the Talma Leisure team.

We booked a family trip to Dublin with Sarah.
After explaining to Sarah what we wanted she was able to book us a flight , hotel and transfers which was all perfect to what we required
The transfer was brilliant as the company called to make sure all was good with the flight timings and the driver texted as we arrived in Dublin

Fantastic and brilliant service.
Sarah worked tirelessly looking for the perfect summer break for our family. When we finally decided on Jamica the resort selected was without doubl perfect.
With such vast knowledge of the world and the ability to speak to the right people at the tour operator makes it a must to book theough Talma and not direct on the web.
Upon a quick comparison the price was matched and it was comforting to have an export to hand.
Talma every time !
