I built a garden tandoor but the winter weather damaged it; I needed repair clay! Not only did I get the material quicker than I thought possible I also got detailed support in how to do the work. ‘Send me pictures of the damage.’ Five minutes later, it was like having the expert visiting my garden. And, all of this was after business hours and at the weekend. I really can’t praise the people highly enough!

Bought one recently (22inch). The team was very helpful with answering questions pre and post purchase and helping me decide accessories to take, and troubleshooting. Delivery was prompt, and the oven was all set up to use. Made delicious chicken wings and naan bread so far, oven is super easy to use and retains heat far better than conventional bbqs, efficient on use of coals. Highly recommended- much better value vs a green egg (which can’t do naans).

Excellent after sales support, talking me through step by step of how to repair the inner wall of my tandoor after I accidentally left it out in the rain, damaging the inside. Despite having the product for a year or two already, tandoor master were so proactive in helping.

Support via WhatsApp message was very efficient compared to the traditional emails where any other company would have you waiting days for answers to each question.

The product itself is of high quality.

Due to import tariffs and customs issues, I received my order later than originally promised. Only negative is the delivery was supposed to be Friday but didn't arrive till Tuesday and I waited in on Friday my day off so was a wasted day.The tandoor it self is well made my husband loves it.

I bought my Tandoor last year from Tandoor Master and have been very happy. This latest purchase was for some more accessories. They were super helpful as one part wasn't listed in my diameter size. I emailed and got a response in a few hours and then part was made for me in the correct size and was received a few days later. I've always fancied having a go at cooking proper naan breads and was looking for a tandoor so I could do this (and kebabs) and this company came up.

I ordered this the day before Christmas so wasn't expecting delivery before the new year (and was correct). The first working day back in the new year however I received a WhatsApp message from them thanking me for my order and apologising for the delay, which was unnecessary and then it arrived on the Wednesday.

I ordered the charcoal Tandoor 15 with additional grill It is extremely heavy when it arrives so be aware of that. I've not used it yet but it seems to be well made and the accessories are all of good quality.

Unfortunately since I got it it's snowed and been sub zero temperatures so just waiting for it to warm up a bit before I can try it!

Our oven arrived earlier than expected, we did have one missing part that was sent out first class post on the Friday and received early Monday morning

Customer service before and after buying one of their tandoors was second to none. I have never received such a prompt, friendly and helpful service quite like it before.
