Ordered Friday and Arrived Wednesday. Serious piece of kit and reassuringly heavy. Had a couple of questions so sent them a message and nice chap called me within 5 mins to help.

I did my first cook yesterday. Some chicken tikka tandoori from the recipe on the tandoori master site. It was fab and I’m looking forward to experimenting even more!

I bought a laser thermometer to match my gift of an oven.

Thanks for your help Daz. Just bought a lovely tandoor oven (tandoor 16) from tandoor Masters. Can't thank Daz enough. The oven is a perfect size for a family of 4 and some friends. It looks amazing. Daz allowed us to visit and view the oven before buying. He gave us great advice on setting it for 1st time and how to look after it. He was so friendly and knowledgeable.
Would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a tandoor o en to get one from tandoor master. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered a gaddi cushion with additional cover, and it was worth the wait. Exceptional quality and comfort, much better than any of the competition that I found online or in person.

Really sympathetic, professional and responsive service from Tandoormaster, driven by their desire to share the marvels of tandoor cooking. After a week of rehearsals we cooked for 30 people at a party, delivering a delicious main course in just 25 minutes. We even impressed our friend from Gujarat! It's only the beginning of a great journey trying all sorts of cuisine in this fantastic ancient-modern oven.

Ordered an amazing little tandoor oven from these guys and the tandoor is perfect ! It produced moist, tender and delicious tandoori chicken, far superior to many restaurant versions.

I recently tried to order a grill basket and slotted lid (for the skewers) and the company phoned to check I’d received the basket that came with my original order. I hadn’t realised this (husband unpacked the original order) and so they allowed me to cancel the basket and quickly refunded me! Most impressed with their honesty and customer service. The lid arrived quickly and like the tandoor itself was well made and well packaged for delivery.

Love their products and their service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Well worth the investment.
