Damaged Product
I recently purchased an organic bronzer and when it arrived the product it was damaged in the delivery process. I emailed Tan Organics this morning and within minutes I received a reply from Cinzia apologizing and they will replace the product. Very impressed with the prompt reply and Customer Service. Absolutely wonderful company and great customer service. I have been using TanOrganic since a skin cancer diagnosis and I really appreciate the company ethics of using good quality products that are kind to the skin and environment. As well as it being the best fake tan for a natural looking suntan out there in my opinion. Thank you so much for all that you do. I wish more companies followed your example! Have a wonderful 2024.

Excellent customer service
I bought a tan organic product that had a fault and when I emailed them to explain the issue I got an immediate helpful response. They replaced my order as well as a complementary gift and reimbursed the cost of postage for returning the faulty pack as they wanted to find out what the issue was. My Best 'Bad' Experience
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Tan Organic's outstanding customer service, and I must say, they truly went above and beyond to rectify a little hiccup during my travels.
I purchased the Tan Organic facial tan, and unfortunately, the container leaked in my suitcase, causing a bit of a mess and staining some of my other makeup. To my dismay, I lost half of the precious liquid. However, upon reaching out to Tan Organic's customer service, I was met with a swift and understanding response.
The team at Tan Organic not only acknowledged the inconvenience but also promptly sent me a replacement product. Their efficiency and kindness in handling the situation were truly commendable. It's evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Tan Organic.
Aside from this incident, I must mention that I am a loyal fan of Tan Organic's other products, including the Tan Organic Self Tan Oil and the Instant Tan. These two have become my go-to choices for achieving a flawless tan. The application is seamless, and the results are consistently impressive.
In retrospect, while the initial hiccup was less than ideal, Tan Organic's exceptional response and commitment to customer satisfaction transformed it into the best 'bad' experience I've had. I wholeheartedly recommend Tan Organic to anyone seeking top-notch self-tanning products and a company that truly values its customers.

My delivery was damaged. I received a really quick reply and prompt replacement. I only use tan organics products from online and In store so this customer care was the icing on top of an already fabulous product and brand.

I bought 2 sets to give as presents they were sale price and great value unfortunately one set was damage bottles had broke and leaked out damaging the set I contacted tan organic sending pic of damage they had a replacement sent out immediately great customer service and a super product I will buy again
