Master Gu's English is good enough to understand and learn from but you will notice its hard for him and you to understand each other sometimes.
when watching the videos they sometimes stop working, waiting a bit, refreshing the page or reopening the browser always fixes this.

I've been here 4 years.I went through a traumatic experience I didn't know was happening, One that you wouldn't believe if I tried to explain.When I finally found out the nature of why and for no uncertain logical reason my life was turning upside down constantly despite the efforts we all put in to build our lives/foundation and life wise.I was stunned!People I trusted.even more horrifying people in my own family.I don't have any full blooded siblings..Only half blooded and being the youngest.I guess they tried to make me their sacrifice.Being here has helped me in ways that words can't describe and through the grace of God I can only believe led me(without sounding religious )or anything, but fated since whilst I have been here has also led me on the path to recover what was being stolen from me.As I've said I've been here for 4 years and I've been into internal martial arts longer.But this is where my healing journey truly begun and there has been so much significant change within me/anxiety/self esteem/confidence wise it's unbelievable, words can not explain the healing power of tai chi to heal the soul as well as trauma.I'm certainly no longer self conscious as I used to be.And without a doubt I hope to be here always, since my practice has opened a new road for me in life.Thank you Master Gu for this program and the Wu Dang Academy for this opportunity.
