Kris was very helpful in sorting my spare valves that should have been sorted out by a vendor under guarantee but weren't. He very kindly waived postage and arranged speedy courier service so that I could fix my tap. They arrived on Tuesday and I'm very happy with the service provided!

Abode Puria tap was dripping so phoned for advice (having ordered the wrong part already!) and the young lady on the phone was really helpful. Discussed the options and then she told me because the tap is only 4 years old the replacement parts are free under warranty.

Had a tap fitted but it dripped and the plumber said it would need a new cartridge, not what you expect with a new tab, we rang tap spares and they were very helpful and sending the parts to me so the plumber can finish the job, very satisfied.
