Hammad who has been my assigned accountant has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue I encountered when HMRC revised my already submitted self assessment which incurred additional tax without any explanation and sent a request for immediate payment. Hes guidance and direction helped me understand what had happened and why.

Like with almost every entrepreneur, bookkeeping and tax filings are always seen as a burden. I was quite late with my submission, but this wasn’t an issue for Taxez. I received excellent support from Tauseef and his team, and everything was filed well ahead of the deadline. They’re proactive in their thinking and communication is excellent.

I have been using Taxez for a few years now. They are fast, efficient and cost effective for my micro-entity business. I use them to prepare and file my business year end and self-assessment returns, and for advice on any related matters. My main point of contact is Ali, who gets back to queries I have pretty much the same day and always talks me through any of the complexities involved with the tax return process. It's all via email (they don't do over the phone or in-person) which makes them more suited to modern businesses and people on-the-go who need quick turnarounds, plus there is always a historical record of every communication exchanged for peace of mind. I think this is a top rate service for my particular purposes. Never had an issue with Ali or Taxez in general.
