Nooit deze taxi gebruiken
De taxi weken vooraf gereserveerd. Een dag vooraf gebeld om te checken of de rit in hun agenda stond. Op de dag dat wij om 5 uur 's-ochtends opgehaald zouden worden kwam er geen taxi. De eerste keer bellen werd er opgenomen en zou het geregeld worden. Na meerdere keren terugbellen zonder dat er beantwoord werd zijn wij met eigen vervoer naar Schiphol gegaan. Meerdere mails gestuurd maar geen enkel excuus of reactie. Dit bedrijf is schandalig en brengt je zonder schaamte in de problemen en extra kosten.

Never again
The first time I used this company. The taxi was on time to get me from my house to Schiphol. But coming back I arrived at 23.30 because the plane was delayed. I had phoned the company about this. They said "we know, do not worry". But when I arrived there was no taxi and I couldnot get any contact with the taxi center. So never again this company, This wss penny wise, pound foolish.

No Show of Taxi service
Ordered a taxi the day before flying and received a confirmation to be brought to Schiphol early in the morning, but on the morning of travel, the taxi never showed. I waited 5 minutes initially but really had to make my plane for work, so I called the central, where they told me to wait and they would find out what was wrong, I didn't hear back with useful information for another 15 minutes and wasn't able to reach anyone anymore (No one picked up). Therefore I had to inform family members, and luckily they brought me on time, with 8 minutes before gate closure I made it. 40 minutes after I was supposed to have had a taxi someone from the central called me back, asking if I still needed a taxi... When I was about to board the plane the central called me back again asking whether I still needed a taxi...
If you run a business where the only thing the customer cares about is making it on time to the airport, then your business better makes sure this happens.
My trust and recommendation would definitely go somewhere else...
