No Show of Taxi service

Ordered a taxi the day before flying and received a confirmation to be brought to Schiphol early in the morning, but on the morning of travel, the taxi never showed. I waited 5 minutes initially but really had to make my plane for work, so I called the central, where they told me to wait and they would find out what was wrong, I didn't hear back with useful information for another 15 minutes and wasn't able to reach anyone anymore (No one picked up). Therefore I had to inform family members, and luckily they brought me on time, with 8 minutes before gate closure I made it. 40 minutes after I was supposed to have had a taxi someone from the central called me back, asking if I still needed a taxi... When I was about to board the plane the central called me back again asking whether I still needed a taxi...

If you run a business where the only thing the customer cares about is making it on time to the airport, then your business better makes sure this happens.

My trust and recommendation would definitely go somewhere else...
