I recently contacted the team for advice on a watch I was hoping to buy as a special gift and had the pleasure of speaking with Jamie.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain my options and trying to source the watch I wanted. Unfortunately, I needed it within 2 days, so I couldn’t wait.

Although I didn’t make a purchase, I still wanted to leave a review because excellent customer service deserves recognition. Thank you, Jamie.

Can't fault the service I received.
Next day recorded delivery with sensible tracking, and it arrived on time as promised.
The item was beautiful gift wrapped at no extra cost and very well protected.
Definitely a 5star service.

Spoke to customer services over the phone. Very helpful and placed order that afternoon via their website. Watch arrived very next lunchtime. Brilliant service and nice to chat with over the phone. Highly recommend this company

Purchased a Garmin fenix 8 at a fantastic price, was delivered on time and im over the moon with it

One of the best prices on the market, speedy service, really engaging contact and supportive customer service and every touch point, I was made to feel like my call and enquiry was really important to them - so not just a number but the team went the extra yard to offer a great service and experience.

I selected a really nice bracelet, the order process was simple and quick to complete. Postage was free and delivery couldn’t be much faster, our postie was soon handing me my package. A quality service from a quality business Perth is lucky to have.

Ordered online, pick up was very straightforward

I had a really positive experience with TB Mitchell Jewellers from start to finish. I ordered a Garmin watch and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the whole process was — it arrived the very next day, which exceeded my expectations.
What stood out most was the presentation. The watch was beautifully packaged, carefully wrapped and presented in a way that felt thoughtful and premium. It’s clear they pay attention to the finer details, which really elevates the overall experience, especially when purchasing something of value.
The ordering process itself was seamless and reassuring, with clear communication and no issues at any stage. Everything felt smooth, reliable, and well handled.
It’s rare to find that balance of efficiency and quality service, but they managed it effortlessly. I would highly recommend TB Mitchell Jewellers and will definitely be returning in the future.

Pleased with the online shopping experience and efficient delivery service. Would recommend.
